I would give them a zero if I could. I called they said they were open for 30 minutes I was only 5 minutes away. I got there with 25 minutes to spare and I tried to order 2 cheap ass burritos and a 12 pack basic hard shell tacos. She said we only have meat for 2 tacos we are closing in like 5 minutes, still had 25 minutes before they actually closed. So I said well what can y’all make if you r out of beef and She said I didn’t say we r out of beef. I said ok so how many tacos can u make and she said like 5. So I was charged $15.25 for 5 basic tacos and 2 cheap ass burritos. Now there was a long line of cars behind me so I pulled around near the speaker in a parking place to eat my expensive ass tacos and low and behold I heard ppl ordering tacos that they were getting them. Wth. I don’t know what I did for her to lie to me and charge me like that. It’s not right. Of course she didn’t give me a receipt either and I gave her $20.25 it was $15.25 and she gave me $4.75 back 🙄 btw the taco pack is $17.99 for 12 tacos so yes they ripped me off bad!! Things have gone to crap. These kids that work at these places and represent these companies they don’t give a crap and the companies let them act that way. What happened to customer service.

Ordered the New Chicken Nuggets from Taco Bell because my daughter wanted to try them. They get 5 stars for being real chicken with good taste, however presentation is 1 star because the were display in a poor fashion. They looked like they were cooked too hard in old grease. I would of taken them back but my daughter wanted to keep them but she literally elementary age so she doesn't know any better. I personally wouldn't buy them again. Taco Bell you have to do better if you want to sell Chicken Nuggets. See pics below.

Missing my $5 beefy 5 layer burrito. It's fine though, I was still able to eat my Mexican pizza that only had toppings and filling on half of it. I've been trying to call for 20 minutes and it appears the phone is off the hook. Every time I go here they leave something out of my order but I still get charged for it. And they never answer the phone!

Absolutely the best tacobell in knoxville, not even a challenge for these other taco bell’s, everytime i go here i am greeted by 2 of the same people each time, 2 younger males they have the sweetest smile each time! The food is always on point and i never have a issue. DEFINITELY recommend this tacobell. I usually go around 6-8pm and am served very well. The new and improved dining room is great, big room and comfortable quiet eating space.
I didn’t know how to use the computer thingy but luckily a worker came to help me and offer me assistance at the register. Thank you too who ever it was and will continue to revisit this establishment.
They remodeled and wants everyone to use a Kiosk instead of a person. I strongly object to being forced to do this. What about street people who panhandle for the money for a taco. They don't have credit cards. And from what I see around the city these days, there is a growing population of homelessness. The new decor in Taco Bell is stark. Almost begs you to use the drive thru and enjoy the comforts of your car! 😆

Usually, this is my favorite location. Sadly today, the food didn't taste up to par. I ate it anyway because I was starving and headed to work. Within an hr of eating, my stomach was hurting so bad. Almost unbearable. Then, after 2 more hours, I could not stop going to the bathroom and eventually threw up everything I had eaten. TMI, but my burps still taste like it and it is driving me nuts. It has been 8 hrs now and I just want to bleach my insides. I won't, but geez. Make it stop! I hope they clean their equipment and get back to par. Because honestly, it tasted a little like dirty equipment. I may have to just wait quite a while before I trust this location with my stomach again.
