We were going through the drive through after placing a mobile order, we had received multiple notifications the order was ready for pick up. So we went through the drive through, waited, the young guy working with the mic tells us our order isn’t ready and we need to come in to pick up our mobile order. So I’m stuck sitting in the drive through, we pull up and one guy tells me my order was picked up by someone and they’re remaking it. Then a black female decides to intrude herself and say they’re making the order and we should come inside… So at this point I’m hella annoyed, where’s my order after receiving numerous messages it’s ready for pick up. We asked why do we have to come inside and wait longer when my phone and app have notifications it’s ready.. the female decides to cancel our order.

Had a pickup order an entire hour before close and the employees just ignored the intercom and window. Never got the food and as I left, an employee came out of the dumpster area where they had been hiding for 30 minutes.
This taco bell has come full circle. They are doing much better these days!

Very poor service, the food is great but the employees are terrible. I had an item missing and when I went to go get it, the bag got thrown at me, people standing around not helping each other, overall a very bad experience and I will not come back.
