I’ve never had an issue with this Taco Bell. I’ll drive past other ones just to come to this one instead. I know my order is right. Just make sure to double check for your sauce at the window.

all the Taco bells I have been to this is the best Taco Bell they always get my order right My food is always hot the night time shift crew works extra hard they deserve all pay raises

Wife ordered a luxe box as did I. We arrived home and my beefy five layer was wrong there was no beef. I tried to call three times and was sent to voicemail. I drove back and the doors were locked since it was almost 0100. I had to wait another 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. I explained this and asked for an entirely new order since we just spent a little over 20 dollars and my wife's food was now cold. He interrupted me at the speaker and told me he could only make the one burrito that was wrong regardless of the now cold food we were holding. So I then asked for a refund since the entire order couldn't be remade and they also refused and told us that online orders cant be refunded. So i said okay and took the one burrito they remade. I got home to find it was incorrect AGAIN. I've worked fast food and i understand how awful people can be but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Ordered a steak quesadilla which faintly had lettuce all through it gross. Ordered soft taco with not lettuce which also did not come with cheese……my grilled cheese steak burrito also has lettuce faintly lined through out it. I cannot stand the taste of lettuce and now the store will not answer the phone for me to try to get it fixed, great job Taco Bell.

My order today was 2 Mexican pizzas and they were terrible. Both of them tasted like old stale oil. Taco Bell contact info on the web site doesn't work, and they didn't respond to my last complaint anyway.

You guys suck. I ordered so much sauce for my order and I got ZERO!!!!! Sauces. I’m pissed, to say the least. The only thing that makes your store good is your sauce. What am I supposed to do with a dry crunch wrap???? I hope yall have to suck some. Ruined my night, thanks.
