When I went to Taco Bell on Millertown pike, The nicest employee named Kane. One of the employee in that establishment. Not only is he patient but is never in a dull mood and always helps me with any problems with my order(very rarely happens)

Okay so at first we tried to go into the lobby to eat at a table and as we got to the door one of the younger employees told us that the lobby was closed. As we were walking back, he let in a group of kids might have been his friends idk but they got to enter and order in the lobby and eat their food there. Then, we went to the drive through which took forever which was expected cause there was a lot of orders coming in through the drive through but we ordered two chicken quesadillas and as we were waiting we saw them bag the food in front of us through the drive through window. It looked like they might have made some sort of error because they pulled out the food and were looking at it and at the ticket and messing with it but eventually they put it back and gave it to us so we thought that they figured out their issue. When we got home we realized they gave us a steak quesadilla. They realized their error at the window but didn’t care enough to fix it and gave it to us anyways which is completely unacceptable. Will never eat here again, they need to figure out how to improve their service and fix mistakes they made once they realize it instead saying “screw it” and giving you the food anyways.

I have never given a review like this,but this store is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I cannot say it loud enough, this place needs to shut down a week and clean every shift!! If the bathroom and lobby is this bad, I cant imagine the kitchen. The floors have not been cleaned in months, on every surface there was caked on grime, the windows so dirty it looked like there was a white film across them, and the bathroom,OMG🤢 TO THE GM... CLEAN IT UP!!!

Typical Taco Bell food, but the service is extremely slow, especially in the drive-thru. It takes much longer than it should, which is frustrating if you're in a hurry. Definitely not the best option if you're looking for quick service.

No cheese sauce with my nachos… poor experience from this location. I would avoid and try other locations in Knoxville. The staff doesn’t seem to care about food quality at all at millertown location. Do better

CENTS IN THE 90's STUCK TO THE WRAPPER SOPPY WET.NO CHEESE!!!! ITS A MEXIMELT!!!! BEEN BURRITO ADD BEEF ....BEAN AND BEEF.NO ONION NO CHEESE I HAD TO ADD MY OWN.THIS IS REDICULOUS.
