Has the freaky AI speaker, but overall this Taco Bell doesn't make anyone sick, so they are good in my book. But all jokes aside, they are pretty chill here.

So I went through the drive thru and my total ended up being $40. I didn’t think anything of it because I got a good bit of food. However, turns out when I asked the automated system to change the avocado ranch crispy chicken burrito for the spicy ranchero one…it changed everything in my box to chicken. I didn’t realize until I got home to eat but it’s too late to get it refunded. The staff was amazing and their vibes were awesome but that automated AI garbage needs to be rid of.

I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme in the drive through and when I got home I realized they didn’t put any meat in it. Disgusting. Also I had asked for mild sauce and hot sauce and they didn’t give me any.

This is the worst taco bell in Knoxville. Everytime I go it is a minimum 30 minute wait. Tonight I sat in the drive thru (would have left sooner but a car was behind me). Once they left, I was able to go inside. Screens were black and appeared broken inside. Multiple workers standing around doing nothing. I decided to try the Walbrook location instead. In and out in 5 mins. Never go to Kingston Pike location!

I wish I could give negative stars or take away stars that others have given. I just wasted $36 on the absolute worst tacos I have ever seen. What kind of useless piece of trash do you have to be to fail so miserably at making a taco? Disgusting, stale shells and almost no meat. If I wasn't so lazy, I would drive back and throw this crap in the inept managers face.

This was my last time ever again at Taco Bell. I ain’t about to go down the list but when I seen not one ounce of meat on my nachos bell grande and a scoop of 5 day old refried beans, I didn’t even trip that we just threw away 22 dollars of completely uneaten food. That was trash. Home made tacos for life
People very nice n very helpful, clean store, everything is on apps or kilos for taking orders.

I typically have good experiences at this location but I wanted to leave a review about the AI at the order box. It messed up my order after I tried to explain how to fix it to the AI attendant five times or so- a person hopped in and my order still ended up being wrong.
Using this AI system only works if your customers order directly from the menu- which isn’t what I like about Taco Bell. I like being able to customize my order a bit. Any customizations to your order and the AI gets wrong. Add human error on top of that and you’ve got a horrible experience for your customers. In the future I would rather sit and wait to be able to drive away and go to chikfila instead if I get that AI.

If you want a robot to take your order and still wait 30 minutes for mid food, you've come to the right place. All employees grabbing their phones with gloves on. Kiosks are not cleaned. Dining room is not up kept.
