i can’t stand this establishment and after countless times of having horrible service i’m finally writing a review. i pay extra money for a side of sauce and you guys couldn’t even fill the cup halfway and this isn’t the first time either. i stopped asking for extra sauce on my quesadilla because everytime i do that, you don’t give it to me EVEN THO I PAY EXTRA FOR IT. either way i can’t get you guys to comprehend the order. on top of that, everytime i order a quesadilla, there’s always an issue. the last time 2 times, they couldn’t even cut it. this time there is literally no filling? one bite and it took out the little filling that was in there. it’s literally just 2 tortillas? like why do you guys think this is acceptable? quesadillas aren’t cheap and you buckle and dime for everything and when we pay extra for it, you guys act like it comes out of YOUR paycheck and you screw us everytime. on top of that, you guys almost forgot my drink and when i reminded the woman at the window she couldn’t even say one word to me. not even a “my bad” i didn’t even get a “hello” at the window. it’s like this everytime. lastly, you guys just throw the food in the bags. the cinnamon twists were all out of the bag, the crunch wrap sliders were out of the bag and one of the tacos was opened because the people here don’t know how to wrap so half the toppings were in the bottom of the bag. the workers are here are lazy and so stingy even when you pay extra. it’s absolutely ridiculous.

Skimp on ingredients. They cheapened themselves. Just go elsewhere. Paid 10$ for a #10 steak grilled cheese burrito. Didn’t see any steak on the first 3 bites. Then thought it’d be at the bottom. Nope! There was 3 tiny strips of steak. Thin and insignificant. If this was a 1-2$ burrito, I’d understand. But 10$ for this garbage is an absolute rip off. I wish I’d opened the burrito and checked their work before getting too far.

Out of the 50 times I have came here they always seem to forget something from plastic forks to whole crunchwraps. I’m tired of spending money to then get ripped off.

Workers are so rude! My friends and I went through the drive through the other night, and as we gave our order my friend giggled about something we were previously talking about… you know just friends having a good night together… and the worker immediately is like “Alright we are not gonna have this!” and we are like what?? he’s like “all this giggling! we have times we have to worry about.” After that we just left. We work at a fast food restaurant as well and we never tell customers to stop laughing or anything… that’s just so Debby-downer. I have also heard other people have rude encounters at this location as well. We went to the one by Mcdonald’s and Walmart and they were so nice the girl even chatted with us for a while. I think you guys need to step up your customer service skills, coming from someone who works in a similar position.

They need to hire some workers who know what’s going on. Drive through always takes 10+ minutes which is the slowest i’ve seen for a taco bell.

Says online that they're open till 3:30 in the morning. I go there at almost 2.
And and supposedly they're only taking mobile and DoorDash owhy sounds sounds like? They didn't.
Want to dirty up the kitchen? An hour and a 1/2 before close.
I understand maybe 20 minutes.
But a hour and a 1/2 is plenty of time. To knock out the few customers you're gonna have.
And get the kitchen claim that's trash, and I drove 15 minutes across town because it said online that they were open.

It requires me to leave at least one star, however, I wouldn’t even be leaving that if it was possible. I ordered my food through the kiosk and waited for 50 minutes before they realized that the system never sent it through to the kitchen. Got a refund, but still very rude. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour to get food.

A doordash driver hovered around my car in the lane while i waited for my food at the window which made me nervous because i had no idea who he was or what he was doing until the employee asked if he was doordash and handed him his food in between us. they also didn't give me a fork so now I can't eat some of my food before work. The food is standard taco bell fare.

Pretty bad when I am there for 25 minutes waiting on nacho fries when I heard them waiting on fries when I first walked in the door I don't know how it takes 25 minutes to cook nacho fries when fries only take 3 to 5 minutes to cook
