Well, guess they don't read what you enter into their systems at this location. None of the stuff added that close extra, onions left on those 2 as well. Not sure I'll be stopping by this location in the future.

This is my home Taco Bell. Most of the time, the service is good, and fast. Sometimes, they are closed earlier than they advertise as, so approach with tempered excitement should you wander too close to the witching hour. Otherwise, they're pretty reliable, and enough so that I drive twice as far as I might have to, for access to reliability and quality.

This place is garbage if I could give a zero I would and the little kid that claims to be the “store manager” can’t help with money that they took out of my account telling me they have no control over the TACO BELL app? Can’t give me the GM number but claims she’s the highest up maybe if you have adults in there doing a job and not children you’d have a better reputation and maybe better reviews not even worth the $10 a hr they make ?

Annoyingly long waiting time to pick up an order. Those people are the most unprofessional.I waited for more than 30 minutes to pick up a drink. Besides they dont care about their customers

Extremely lacking in the area of customer service. I’ve repeatedly had bad experiences at this location and don’t know why I’ve continued to return. One of the many issues and most recent, happened today at 12:30 pm. The website states they’re open until 3:00 am. The only reason I checked the website first was because we’re experiencing inclement weather. When I arrived, the parking lot had several cars in it and I could see employees standing outside, talking and smoking. The surroundings gave me no indication the restaurant was anything other than open. I arrived at the restaurant and waited at the drive-thru speaker for 5 mins without a greeting. I finally said, “hello”. No one spoke. I then saw one of the employees outside and she yelled, “we’re closed”. There were two more cars in line behind me. I politely told the employee she should put a closed sign on the drive-through speaker because that would save time for all parties involved. The other employee standing outside yelled, “there’s a sign on the front door and on the drive-through window”. I tried to explain to him that the placement of those signs weren’t helpful if you were attempting to place an order at the speaker. He was very argumentative so I decided not to engage further. After that experience, I finally decided to leave this review. Then, I chose to drive further away to the Walbrook location because it’s far superior in customer service and food quality. Today’s service industry dynamic has changed from a “how May I help you” attitude to a “you should be thankful I’m helping you” attitude. Extremely tired of this behavior.

I ordered a Crunchwrap and added guacamole and jalapeños and tomatoes and was not given the guacamole and the cheese that was supposed to come on it originally. I love guacamole and paid extra to have it on there and it was not given to me. My friend added his leftover cheese sauce on it.

This is the bad Taco Bell. It takes at least 20 minutes before food is ready, and they don't give you a cup right after ordering to enjoy a Baja Blast while you wait. It's a 50-50 chance that the Baja Blast is just carbonated water though.

Don't bother coming here if you're picking up a doordash order. They prioritize other customers over doordash customers. I waited 30 minutes for a doordash order while watching like 8 customers come in and order and get their food. When I mentioned how long I had been waiting, the manager got an attitude and said "Well there's other orders ahead of it." Umm no those orders were placed well after the doordash order that I was picking up. Also other employees were being rude and saying "Well why don't you just cancel the order if you have a problem with it". Very unprofessional staff this location has!
