This location no longer serves breakfast, but they’ll still let you order it on DoorDash and then not give you a refund for it so don’t order breakfast from here online, I called and they just hung up on me while I was trying to figure out what happened to my order

I went about 11pm so I cant complain too much. The bean burritos I got were severely lacking, buuuut they gave me a bunch extra Cinnabon bites🤩🤩🫶🙌

Worst taco bell in Knoxville. Stopped on my way to work at 7:15 am. The place was closed with not a worker on site. They open at 7am....? This is not the first time this has happened. Ridiculous.
I like this place the exit is a bit weird but overall it's good, still pissed that the crunch wraps sliders are gone tho I got two crunch wraps supreme and a drink and all in all my order was almost 30 bucks

Will not answer phone goes to fax machine😡Wrong order. What we were suppose to get: 4 steak chalupas. To hard to eat & was cold. Something else in the bag which was to spicy & looked like someone threw up in it. Could not get anyone to answer phone🤬. Should be turned into health department.
This store is not very welcoming. There is no one on the front counter and it is not expected that you place your order at the register but at a robotic kiosk that is not always working. They have removed all of the menus at the point of sale counter. I know that Taco Bell is trying a new design, but this is too much. You have to call for someone to get any service and they look at you and do not respond as if you’re not there. The menu items are not made with the same recipes as other Taco Bell’s. For example, the crunch wrap supreme does not have tomatoes unless you order it as the black bean crunch wrap supreme. The self service area is not maintained and stays dirty most of the day and the dining room room looks cheap and unkept.
How can Taco Bell stay in business with stores like this representing them? Of the past 2 trips to Taco Bell, how many orders do you think we're correct? Zero! The first order wasn't that bad they just left out my $5 burrito but charged me for it. Easy mistake. When I tried to call because I didn't want to get back out, the phone was off the hook, and all I got was a busy signal. Figures. This order, however, was just wrong. Mexican pizza was missing the tomatoes, and nobody could be bothered to cut it. The two taco supremes were different from each other. Both were missing tomatoes, but one of them did have the sour cream. They each had about 4 shreds of cheese. Again, they won't answer the phone. It will ring a couple of times before going to the busy signal.

Absolutely ridiculous. I came inside to pick up an order and there were two teenage employees in the back hiding (where I could just barely see them) on their phones and vaping. Didn’t acknowledge me, anything. Poor customer service.

Lobby was closed due to some repairs. Like to put down and enjoy a meal with the kids. Instead had to go through the drive thru just not too convenient.

My wife and I love Taco Bell and we usually order at least once per week. We just moved to this area and the store location nearest to us frustrates us. The past few times we have ordered we normally get similar things and nothing is ever labeled. She drinks diet and I don't so when we order the dirty Baja blast which looks identical you would think they would label it in addition we both got the chicken bowl mine with extra rice and meat and again I had to dig through to figure out whose is whose. To be fair the food came out fine and after the minor inconvenience we did enjoy our meal. What upsets me more is that the service is very dismissive and rude. I tried to ask if they could tell me which is which instead the silver haired lady looked at me turned towards the bags and started calling out the names of the orders cutting me off and continued to make food without even addressing me or helping resolve my issue. Forgive me if this seems petty but Its just the little things that upset us when we want to come spend money and eat at this establishment.

Placed a mobile order at 1pm. App said it would be ready at 1:07. Came in and sat and watched people order, eat, leave all before mine was even started. Got my food at 1:37.
