Look I’m just being real, my friends little brother has down syndrome and runs a Burger King better than this Taco Bell. How hard is it? You have to actually try to be this bad. How can you get every order wrong and forget sauce and napkins every time? Wait til I order in the store and it’s wrong, I’m flipping the whole kitchen on you country bumpkins ;)

Received an awful spicy potato taco after an 11 minute wait. It had 5-6 pieces of potato bites, and virtually no chipotle sauce. Look at this picture. The next day was overcharged for my meal, more than double. Made 2 complaints, but this GM. - Angela is lazy, and will not call you back. I escalated this to the area coach Doyle Nickels, yet he takes his time calling you back. And will lie to your face. " 5- 6 pieces of potato bites is adequate. " I asked to speak to his boss, but more stonewalling. A disgusting photo of a (AGM) Assistant General Manager playing games on his phone, talking on his phone while assembling a burrito!

Absolutely pathetic that I have to use their stupid kiosk which takes forever to order and then it takes forever to get your food. Skip this place until they actually provide customer service.

I come to this location a lot of mornings to get my breakfast crunchwrap on! I love it. The lady in the drive thru is usually the one I have everytime and she does great. I'm generally pretty hateful after 12 hour shifts but she's always nice and that goes a long way.

Deplorable!!! Ordered online and picked up in drive through after waiting over 20 minutes. Got home and didn't get my complete order. Drove back and went inside. They gave me my missing food but refused to re-prepare the other items stating that it was fresh when I got it.3 males said they would not give me their names; but one called the other one Matthew and told me to get out because I was mad. Female said to call GM at the store in the morning; GM's name is supposedly Angela. I asked for the number to call because I tried calling 2 times tonight and kept going to a fax machine. She told me to look it up. But that she could not re-make the order because it was like $30 (actually was right under $17) and she couldn't refund the Online order because they would be short.When I got home with 2 warm crunchwraps that were missed the first time, and the rest of my cold food...the crunchwrsps were so burnt we couldn't even eat them. I even cut one up for my dog as a treat....she even turned her nose up at it.To make matters worse, they never once even acknowledged their mistake. In fact the one they called Matthew said "no one messed up" they were just busy. I said in return, "no I must be the one that messed up because I decided to spend my money here, so it must be my fault they got the order wrong". ? Save your money, breath and time and go ANYWHERE else.Plan to speak with my bank in the morning and dispute the charge.

The only problem I had there was the service wasn't good. The employees just didn't have it together tonight. It took them almost 20 minutes to get our order to us on the front line. The food was very good and very tasty. Maybe they just had an off night. I've never had to wait that long for food there.
