We spent an afternoon in Knoxville and had time to do a sunset cruise. We were fortunate enough to book a sunset cruise with Tennessee Riverboat Co. Great two hour relaxing cruise. Staff members were all very nice. We did not have dinner. Would highly recommend this company when you visit Knoxville.

We took a cruise to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Lovely evening. Top notch service, the staff was courteous and attentive. Relaxing, we enjoyed every minute.

AWFUL. They blast their music past midnight on WEEKNIGHTS up and down the river. They sure are having fun at the expense of anyone within a mile of the river.

The cruise on the river was so relaxing and at sunset the view was spectacular. The staff were great they even gave us a card for celebrating our anniversary with them. The food was not what we thought it would be, perhaps their chef had an off day.

Me and my husband just wanted to do something fun for the night and noticed they were doing a riverboat cruise for the evening. It was so fun and we loved it. The people we were on the boat with were friendly and funny. We even saw a wedding going on across the river which was awesome!

Worth it for everything. Great experience on authentic paddlewheel. Sure take it again next next time we come from Belgium

We had 5 in our TN Riverboat trip. We had a GREAT time! Staff was friendly and quick in getting us onboard and to our table. Food was really good and plenty of it! We enjoyed going out on deck - wonderful views! I recommend this awesome trip!

My husband and I were on the riverboat 9/07/2025. When we first came up to board the ship, we were spoken to very rudely. And told to get to the back of the line. And they pointed. I just felt that was rude. So we board and all was good from then on. We had really looked forward to the blues cruise. We won’t ever do another blues cruise. But we will do other cruises you offer.

I booked this for a birthday dinner and regret it fully. The food was awful and the service was worse. If you are not drinking alcohol to run up a bar tab, you'll never see your waiter. The soft drinks had little black particles floating in them, the buffet style dinner was less than mediocre and it was honestly a waste of a dinner reservation. 2 hours was plenty to be on that boat and I was ready to depart. It was something we hadn't done before, and will not ever do again.

beautiful cruise down the river at sunset was amazing! Great cocktails and wonderful live music with dancing really rounded out our impromptu date night! Can't wait to try the dinner next time!

Best riverboat cruise trip ever. The food was superb, and delicious 😋. The Staff was very attentive and their service was exceptional 👌. The musicians and songs were very entertaining. We'll definitely go back. 😉

We had a wonderful experience today in Knoxville .. this cruise was just perfect to celebrate our 30th anniversary… And having my roses on the table waiting when we boarded was a nice touch ..
