Ordered 4 smokehouse burgers for take out. They left out buns for 2 burgers. Sent those two back by my daughter while attempting to eat the other 2 that were burnt and the cheese was old. The ends of the cheese was orange and didn't melt. Underneath the cheese was this shredded cheese that was definitely old. They remade the 2 without buns only to get home and discover they were raw inside. Manager I spoke with was really nice and refunded the whole meal. Thank you!

"My experience was highly disappointing. Despite being on a tight hour lunch break, I had to endure a 30-minute wait after placing my order. When the food finally arrived, one meal was undercooked, and the other had the wrong sides.To make matters worse, our server Tina's attitude was incredibly unprofessional, especially when I raised concerns to the manager regarding their hygiene practices. Upon returning to my table, I found the server placing dirty dishes on my remaining meal.Despite the multiple issues encountered, the resolution offered was far from satisfactory. Instead of addressing the situation appropriately, I was merely given a small discount.Overall, the combination of poor service, subpar food quality, and inadequate resolution leaves me with no choice but to advise to stay out of Tina's section

Went for late lunch/ early dinner. It wasn't busy at all so we were seated immediately. Server greeted us and got our drinks right away. She checked on us very often making sure our drinks were still good. Food came out quickly and was very good.Parking: Ample parking spots available but could use more Handicap parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu has activities and crayons for the kids.

The girl who served us, even though she did not understand Spanish, served us very well, but I gave them three stars because the meat came without flavor, the restaurant was extremely dirty, the bathroom was also dirty, there was a smell of garbage near the bathroom, The dishes arrived to the table incomplete, I love Texas Roadhouse, but this venue needs to improve a lot

Our waitress wouldn't even stop and listen to us, she would just drop something on the table and run on, when she showed up at all. I know it was busy in there but there wasn't an excuse for that kind of service. The food was really good, I got a mushroom Swiss hamburger that was both two large for my mouth and the bun was too hard for me to chew. But it really really tasted good. I don't think we will come back to this store again.

Thur, Apr 17, 2024The food was good but the service was crappy.I wanted more butter for the last bun but when I asked our waitress Felicia for some more she just ignored me. Then she came with our teas. I had asked for sweet tea and she gave me unsweet (my husband had ordered the unsweet tea). It was a normal mistake as it's pretty busy here so I understood the mix up. But she rolled her eyes at us and left. Then she came back and we ordered our food. I had the herbed chicken with a baked potato and a Caesar salad. When she brought my salad she just popped on the edge of the table and left. Then she brought the meal. She was going to give me my husband's meal and I was confused thinking that she was giving us the wrong order. She saw my look of confusion and corrected her mistake and gave us our meals but stomped off.I should have asked for the manager because the waitress's attitude put me off from every stepping foot in here again but I didn't feel great.The food was good but the service was crappy.

Our waiter took 13 Minutes to get us our water and kept forgetting multiple things throughout our time there . Waited over an hour for a REPEAT steak that was over cooked. Had a guy (jason) come over whom wasn’t the manager EVEN though I asked for one and said he would “take care of it”. There was no discount on the bill, no refreshed sides as they were cold as well. Here’s the kicker me and my husband split a meal so it was not like we ordered for 5. Just drive another 15-20 mins down to west town or turkey creek as the service and food are not up to par.
