My husband and I occasionally stop in for the great lunch deal, however our last two visits have left much to be desired.
The hostesses were not friendly upon seating us. Our server was competent but did absolutely nothing “extra.” We both ordered the 6oz sirloin medium rare - mine came out well-done and his came out nearly bleeding rare. The condiments on the tables were empty. Our iced teas were refilled without adding new ice, which meant warm tea. As we left, none of the three women at the hostess stand spoke to us. The glass on the entry doors was filthy.
I came here not to complain about the food, but about the service. I remember a time when servers and hostesses went above and beyond to provide a great dining experience. Unfortunately this will likely be our last visit. Bummer because this location is near our house and we both love a good steak.
Recommendation - spend about $10 more on lunch for two and go to Connor’s in Turkey Creek. The food and the service are far superior.

They were at the end of their New York strips and the cut received was horrible, it didn't even look like a New York strip. The chicken Alfredo pasta is super rich two bites were too much to want to finish. The country fried steak was super chewy but the breading was crisp and good, the steak cut was bad. We love Texas Roadhouse and usually enjoy it but this time it was hard to enjoy.

Our server Hannah was great. The rattlesnake bites were fantastic. The Texas onion was good. Cheese fries were plenty and the cinnamon butter rolls were delicious. Grilled shrimp were seasoned and cooked just right and the rice they were on was the best flavored rice I've ever had. For a family of six, it was a good deal.

Josh served our small but mighty group Friday during a Birthday lunch celebration, he was extremely attentive, kind, and fun. Thank you for putting up with our shenanigans Josh! There were other team members (I didn’t get all of their names) that stopped by and joined in the fun as well. Collectively they made our lunch celebration more enjoyable for our Superman 🤩

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service that we received from Josh. Very efficient and great customer service. He let us enjoy our meal and checked on us in a timely manner to make sure everything was good. Definitely recommend asking for him when you visit this establishment.

WHEN WE ARRIVED NO ONE WAS IN LINE WE ASKED FOR A SPECIFIC TABLE SO WE COULD WATCH OUR DOGS WHO WHERE IN THE CAR. THE HOSTESS HAD A HARD TIME DECIDING IF WE COULD HAVE THE TABLE WE ASKED FOR. WHILE WE WERE WAITING ANOTHER HOSTESS GAVE THE TABLE WE WANTED TO ANOTHER GROUP. i HAD TO COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER TO GET THE TABLE BESIDE THAT ONE SO WE WOULD BE CLOSE TO A WINDOW . WHAT HAPPENED TO PLEASING THE CUSTOMER? THEY WERE NOT YET BUSY AND THERE WERE PLENTY OF TABLES AVAILABLE IN THE PLACE. THE WAITRESS WAS DECENT BUT THE SERVICE SEEMED A LITTLE SLOW. THE FOOD WAS DECENT BUT TAINTED BY THE START OF THE EXPERIENCE. ORDERED A BOWL OF CHILI BUT ONLY GOT A CUP BUT WAS NOT CHARGED THE UP CHARGE, AND MY WIFE ORDERED A LOADED BAKED SWEET POTATO AND ONLY GOT BUTTER. THE WAITRESS DID GO GET HER A SMALL TOGO CUP OF BROWN SUGAR AND DID NOT CHARGE FOR THE LOADED POTATO, NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE HERE.
