Abby front reception hostess, doesn't pay attention to what is going on. Told 0-5 min wait, 45 mins later no seat. Vicki was setting people, she was just allowing people to set without being on the list....Heather the manager made us wait even longer before we walked out. Heather was smart with us, her staff incompetent. I have given this location business over the years, I will no longer go here. They treated us horrible, I will go to the other locations.

The roll that came out first was amazing. Freshly baked bread smothered in cinnamon whipped butter is the best! I don't like cinnamon, but the cinnamon whipped butter here wasn't too strong and was very tasty. The steak itself was also delicious. Thank you for giving the kids peanuts.

I visit Knoxville once a month for work. Last month I decided to eat here. Since I’m by myself, I eat at the bar. I stay across from another steakhouse but I won’t mention their name. William was spectacular last month so I came back this month. He’s spot on with his drinks and as busy as the bar was, nobody was left hanging. He’s quite the professional and is the reason I’ll be back in the future.

Went with family for a birthday dinner. Served was really nice and attentive for the most part. She disappeared a couple times for an extended period but we didn’t run out of anything. One steak came out undercooked and had to send back, two in party ordered French fries that didn’t come out with food and was very late being served but not a big deal for us. I got the appetizer sampler and it was the best one I’ve had there. No wait and enjoyed the dinner.

Service was great. Kyle did a fantastic job. Food isn't as good as it used to be. Steaks tasted like they weren't seasoned. Cactus blossom didn't taste the same either.
Food was so amazing got a Sirloin and baked potatoes with veggies. Server was amazing as well

The absolute BEST experience that we have ever had at Texas Roadhouse. Everything was cooked perfectly! Out fast ! No issues no hiccups and our server was fantastic ! She truly made it a good visit! We will definitely be asking for Smurf every time we come ! She is the best!

Server keely was fantastic! She had great personality, and took her time with my wife and I. She didn't make us feel rushed. More servers should learn from her.
A little disappointing that they don't have enough rolls. We didn't receive our first basket until food was ordered, and didn't get a second basket until after food was brought out. I could hear other tables asking about rolls. The servers just said, they go quick. I never see this issue at other establishments. But this particular location struggles to keep up with the demand. It is a Wednesday, so definitely not that busy.
Overall, 4 star for kitchen manager not keeping up with front of house demands. Otherwise food and drinks were just as expected for Texas Roadhouse standards. Will keep coming, just maybe not to this particular location. I feel like the rolls and peanuts are a contributing factor for if I choose Texas Roadhouse vs another restaurant. It's what makes them unique.
