I have wanted a steak from here for a month. Husband ordered me the 8oz Medium well. I immediately went to cut it and it was rare. I mean blood pouring out. I can't eat rare or even Medium cooked steaks. There was one little piece that was medium well on the end. Thought I would eat it. NOPE, hard as a rock. What is wrong with people and the way they cook. I have the ticket that says Medium Well. let's just say it wouldn't have been pretty if I was in the restaurant...
It took a long time to get our food. However our server was training. They made sure the appetizer and fresh bread got to us fast. All and all they did a good job. We would definitely go back. I hade the prime rib with Mac and cheese and a Ceasar salad. The prime rib was tender and delicious. The Mac and cheesy was creamy and very good. Salad was great too. We also had the rattle snake bites.
I would have given a 5 if they hadn't been out of 3 things we wanted to order. Also, I'm not a fan of how loud their birthday celebration is. They scream at the top of their voices.
