What a nice surprise! While on spring break in Gatlinburg we decided to visit Knoxville to see the world’s fair park and the University of Tennessee. Looking for a good place to eat this place was on the top of many search engines and we wanted to try it. It was wonderful, the service was great, the food was fresh and the portions are large! We enjoyed the burgers, but the fish looked amazing and I will be trying it next time!Parking: Parking is availability next door as well if you need to find some.

We ordered burgers, onion rings, and fries. We were delicious but prefer the fries over onion rings. Large portions of hot food. Wait staff was friendly. We waited for table because restaurant was but when we arrived. Atmosphere in restaurant was loud but pleasant.Parking: Restaurant has small parking lot in front with additional parking just around fence.

Nothing bad to say! Food was amazing. Everything had flavor, the waitress (didn't catch her name) was great! If ur passing through like we were make this a stop! And 5 people with 5 sodas ate for less than $90!!

Asked for a well done burger. Unfortunately it wasn't well done. Everything else was perfect. However they also do military discounts. So there's a plus. Would recommend in the futureParking: Not very many spots so if their busy parking may be impossible

Last time there, we had the fish and chips. It was amazing! Tonight I had the Cheesesteak sandwich with 1/2 fries and 1/2 onion rings. It was good, especially the onion rings. My wife had the chicken strips with 1/2 fries/rings. She said it was delicious. We also started the meal with fried pickle chips. Oh my, were they good! There was a good sized crowd there, but the service was prompt, efficient and friendly! Great experience! Also, we brought a home enough food for another large meal. Perk!

Awesome, Thank you. Maybe the best burger in town.Edit: Something has changed. The burger had no flavor. It was flat, like they had left off the seasoning. Onion rings were not as good either. Very disappointed.3-14-23 Just went by there and ordered a Knox burger to go. Got home and what I had was a burger with cheese and pickles. No Mayo, no onions, no mushrooms. Burger was over cooked. The ticket was correct but the burger wasn't. I won't be back.

My wife and I shared the fish and shrimp plate today and I have to say everything was delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly and the slaw was amazing. This was our first visit to The Burgers but definitely not our last. Service was excellent and our waitress was so nice!

The service was great and the food was delicious. My husband had the fish and chips and they were the best we have had in Knoxville. It was a bit pricey. I would be great if they had a lunch menu with smaller portions.

Always very good. DJ was a wonderful waiter. The food is great, service great even when they are slow. The knox burger is bomb so are the other foods :) I wouldn't get the chicken fingers again though... hot dogs are greatUpdate; they perfected the chicken tenders and I get them all the time. I'm a regular here. Everything is delicious. Seriously.

Who would have ever guess that you could get some of the best fried fish & shrimp in Knoxville at a burger joint? The fish was crispy on the exterior with a flaky interior. The seafood batter was well-seasoned and the dirt cheap margaritas hit like a Mack Truck. I wished I could have also finished my “App-uh-lat-CHA” mountain-size pile of fries buried under the seafood, because they were also really delicious.
