Great service. We were Seated right away. Drinks wetr never empty. Food was fabulous. I used a butter knife to cut my ribeye it was that tender. Husband had a perfect medium burger. The lemon raspberry cheesecake was delicious!!

If you haven't done brunch you have to go and try the cinnamon roll pancakes. They are amazing! Always a good choice for food.

As someone mentioned in another review, I picked up a takeout order that was missing items and management handled the situation poorly. This is my 3rd time dining at this cheesecake factory and it will be the last as I've only had one decent experience out of the three. I ordered 3 meals including the the green chile chicken Enchiladas, but it had no sauce whatsoever, not even the sour cream. I was already disappointed by the other items I ordered so I just wanted a refund. I called and asked if I could get a refund for the Enchiladas only, and the employee told me that I could bring the meal with me and receive a refund from the manager. I drove back from the other side of town WITH the meal. The manager told me to keep it and gave me the sauces for the item. At this point, I did not care to eat the meal and just wanted a refund, which the manager seemed weird about but she took down my name a number. A week goes by and I hear nothing and there is no refund in my account. I called back and reached another manager who said that the manager I spoke to never submitted a ticket for a refund and made it a point to say that personally, she wouldn't give a refund for food that was consumed, even though I explained to her I brought the food back when I requested the refund and was told to keep it. She told me she would leave a message for the other manager to call me back since she hadn't made it in yet. I waited a few hours and the call never came, even now, writing this review 3 days later, still no call. I called back a few hours later and asked for the manager but conveniently, she had already left for the day. I had to call my bank and dispute the meal because no one in management take their staff's mistake and a customer's time and gas seriously.

Eaten before at other Cheesecake factory restaurants. But this one was a terrible experience, the front desk reservation person was rude, we were a party of 6, and the food was not even cooked properly, there were lots of delays after over 30 mins wait at the table, finally when dishes arrived none of them were hot, everything was tasteless and cold. Could not substitute for veggie options, the impossible burger was made so badly. We will not recommend anyone to this Cheesecake factory, total waste of money and time! Not worth it.
