I ordered a to-go order today at 18:40. Picked up my order and when I got home, I saw they forgot my cheesecake. I called them to let them know, and they said they couldn’t help me. They offered a resend, but I wanted my cheesecake!

Silverware was extremely dirty. Very gross. Table was not very clean. Water had a funny taste. Bread was dry. Main meal was fine but nothing special. Key Lime cheesecake had a chemical taste. Tried 3 bites. Waiter was perfectly fine. Overall, not a great experience.

This was our 2nd time eating there. We had to wait forever on our food. They over cooked my chicken & recooked me a new plate. My husband’s steak was way overcooked, salad was bad. Our waiter felt so bad he gave us 2 pieces of cheesecake without charge.

Thank you to our waitress today, she was very attentive Helped with going through the menu as the menu is quite big!! Gave us plenty of time to choose and not felt hurried - we liked that. Several times my soda product wasn't right and ensured it was right in the end (thank you) The food was absolutely amazing I had the Jamaican black pepper shrimp with chicken/ wife had the Spicy chicken Chipotle Pasta, just lovely 😋 Took a slice off Adams Peanut butter cup fudge ripple to go - 😱 soooooo good ...

Server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu which was appreciated as it's a very, very large menu. Restaurant was very clean and nice atmosphere even though we were there at 3pm.
