Cory was delightful and is one of our favorite servers! The tuna steak... seared medium rare was excellent. The petite pork chops with a baked potato, and macaroni and cheese, paired with the wedge salad, was delicious and is one of my husband's favorite meals from the Chop House. Always a pleasure to dine at the West Knoxville location!

I love eating at The Chop House on Kingston Pike! The food is delicious and wait times are minimal even during the busy dinner rush. I recently dined there with my family. Our server (Miguel) was exceptional. He knows the menu very well and offered great descriptions of the specials and regular items available. A kind female manager visited our table to check on us. In fact, it seems to me that The Chop House is the only restaurant that a manager visits the table every time. At other restaurants, managers only seem to visit when there is a problem with the food or service. Highly recommended!

I sat at the bar on a Sunday afternoon to kill some time not expecting much and was blown away at the service. My bartender Owen was very friendly and had great recommendations for beverages and an appetizer. The restaurant was very clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, with just enough ambient noise to talk without worrying about people listening in. I didn't get her name but the girl at the host stand was also very friendly and helpful. I wish every restaurant was like this.
Very clean restrooms and my server was very nice and did not have to wait on drinks at all!! Greeters got the door for us and very polite!! Highly recommend The Chop House too anybody!!
