The West Knoxville location was absolutely cozy, quaint, and elegant. The food was incredible and the restaurant staff was friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. We anticipate that the location coming to Alcoa/Maryvillle will be just as wonderful!

First time at Chop House, excellent experience. Good food, good service, good value. One small thing: menu indicates chop salad as add on for $1.00 for chops, but apparently only for that specific section of menu. Wife had pork chop, which was excellent, but chop salad add-on was $5.99 (a la carte price) instead of $1.00. Minor issue, but $1.00 add on would have been better. Still, recommended.

Ordered steaks medium (filet) and they were pretty stringy and tough. We did have good service. Salads were ok - ceasar dressing very mild tasting with not a lot of flavor. Pretty restaurant, though.

The boursin beef medallions with tobacco fried onions were amazing. Host's / hostess's / our server were all dressed impeccably and attentive to guests. I'd not to this location since they remodeled...everything is in modern grays, white, black, with brushed gold fixtures. Was like being at my home. Very open, cozy atmosphere.

Cory was delightful and is one of our favorite servers! The tuna steak... seared medium rare was excellent. The petite pork chops with a baked potato, and macaroni and cheese, paired with the wedge salad, was delicious and is one of my husband's favorite meals from the Chop House. Always a pleasure to dine at the West Knoxville location!
