I dont know how they stay open with the sanitary conditions. Please if you dont want to be sick, dont eat here. They have raw chicken strewn about on food surfaces, no one washes or changes gloves, they drop food on the floor and serve it. The food quality gets lower and lower. The way ive seen them treat employees is reprehensible.This is not the place it once was. You will never see my business again.

Had dinner with friends, a party of 6 adults on Wednesday (4/17/24) at 6:30. The restaurant was busy, but not packed. The service was, as always, spot on! My wife and I both ordered the 10 ounce Ribeye steak for $31 each, which included salad and baked potato. The flavor/seasoning of the steak was really good, but was so disappointed that they were only about 1/4 inch thick with lots of "marbling" (fat). How does one cook a steak that thin and keep it medium rare or medium? Well, ya don't! They were "done," which isn't what we ordered. I don't mind paying a premium price for a premium (decent) steak, but this wasn't it! I should have brought it to the manager's attention, but I didn't want to dampen the jovial atmosphere at our table. This isn't the quality of meal that I expected from The Chop House. The steak was more like a Waffle House offering, where at least your expectations aren't very high.

My family's first time going to The Chop House and they did not disappoint. Everything from the food, restaurant and customer service was excellent. Our beautiful server Jenna was very friendly and attentive with serving us. Jenna constantly checked on us along with the manager of the restaurant. The food was excellent and we can't wait to go back when we visit Tennessee.
