Love this place! Great donuts (omg salted caramel!), affordable prices ($2.50 a pop--if you want less than that you might be in the wrong century), lovely and hospitable staff... so glad to have them in my neighborhood!

We were hungry for a nice dessert spot in Knoxville and we found this spot and we are glad we did! The employee working at the time was very friendly and helpful and served us quickly. It was great to be able to come in late and still be able to get donuts that were very delicious. I got the Boston crème which was amazing. The only complaint is the price but that is valid nowadays with high prices everyone. Overall though this is a great spot to try if you are tired of Dunkin or Krispy Kreme.

The BEST donuts in Knoxville!!! ? The Red Velvet is the most delicious donut I have ever tasted!! These donuts taste absolutely clean and free of that nasty generic junk Dunkin Donuts serves you. These donuts are exactly what QUALITY is ABOUT!❤️ You can’t go wrong with ANY of these donuts… The Donut Shop is the BEST donut shop in Knoxville!!!!!

The donuts are good but overpriced. The donuts themselves are a 4-star. Dough is soft and adequately filling and the icings are good. Taste-wise they are good but not great. Overall value is a 3. Service was really good.
$13 for four donuts! ??. It’s about the same quality as Dunkin. Taste like it’s baked, not fried .

Today was my first time, but definitely not the last! It feels like the kind of awesome and unique donut shop you would find in a big city, but we are blessed to have it right here in Knoxville. The donuts taste amazing, the atmosphere is cozy and casual. Sherrice treated me like an old friend. You do not want to miss this special place!

This is our kids favorite place to grab donuts on the weekend. We love their strawberry with sprinkles and the stuffed Oreo donuts. We always end up with a mixed half dozen so we can try their new flavors. We’ve also had them a few times late night which is clutch!

Been a few times now. The staff has always been friendly. The donuts taste amazing and I like that you never know which flavors you will get. It is a small shop so if you really want something that is a downside but I have been happy with anything I have tried from them.
