The Egg & I Restaurants

My husband and I had different experiences at this restaurant. He had the French toast and loved it. I ordered eggs and sausage (requested well done). The plate was very cool and the food got cold almost instantly. I took one bite of the sausage and wasn't able to eat any more. There were large chunks of fat throughout the patties and they were not well done. Not a fan of the ranch home fries either. I don't see a reason to return.

Great place to enjoy a good breakfast with your family or friends. Great service and great food!!

Great food, great experience. Mexican omelette was good. Got very busy as we were leaving around 10:15 on a Sunday morning.

Average visit. Had better service before. It tasted good but eggs on my Benedict was over cooked, our server never came by to check on us.

Came on a Sunday. Full place and a line to get in. I was seated in a timely manner and the waitress was very kind. Drinks and food came in a short time and was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back.

There's a wait, but it's to be expected for a Sunday afternoon at a popular brunch place. Every time that we've been there, the service was great and the food phenomenal. It's also quite affordable for the amount of food and coffee you get, so overall value is fantastic.

For my first time there it was above my expectations. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. The food was so much to choose from and satisfying. The price wasn't bad for the food served. The visit was worth it!

Delicious food and friendly staff. I had the Colorado Scramble this time which came with bacon and an English muffin. The two salsas that came with it were a good pairing. The coffee is always hot and fresh, and I love that they leave the pot so you can drink as much as you like. I'll be back soon!

We loved the food and the service, we travel with our dog and was really nice to be able to sit down on the patio and have a meal with Jackson (German Shepherd) puppy as well , an all around nice place and we will be back

The food was just ok, nothing that would make us want to return. My daughter & I waited 15 mins to be seated, then had to wait 35 mins to get our food. My daughter's food wasn't really warm and had to ask for silverware. I know they were busy and the waitress even apologized. I doubt we will be back.

The food is always amazing and fresh! However, the customer service recently was above and beyond. I placed a to-go order after a business meeting and realized just a little too late that I didn't have my wallet on me. Thankfully they recognized me and were so kind and understanding. They let me come back the next day to pay for my food. If you are in the Bearden area you must give them a try! The kale coolers are the perfect way to start your day.
