Fantastic tea and treats in an incredible atmosphere!
Such a cool space. Very good!
My daughter treated me to lunch here and it was a wonderful and unique experience! The food was delicious and our dessert was an exceptional treat. We loved the huge array of tea choices that are available. Our server took plenty of time to answer our questions about the teas and was spot on with her recommendations. They pared so well with our food. We loved the quaintness of the tea room. It makes you feel as though you have stepped back in time. The Kranken Cup also offers an adorable space for children to come and share in a tea party. We will definitely be going back to try the other items offered on the menu. Oh, and it’s so nice that carry out service is offered for those times when you need something on the go. ???
My friends family and I love this place! The tea selection is great and the lunch options are delicious and gluten-free friendly, which I love! The atmosphere is very relaxed, and it’s a great place to spend an afternoon!
I've been here twice, and loved every moment! The first time was for a Halloween event, and I loved the way we were all mixed together with strangers. The entire event, I didn't see a single person on their phone.
The second time was for my friend's birthday. We were a party of three and we each found a tea that we loved, even the person not truly a fan of tea! I very much enjoyed the cheese and fruit that came with the extended tea service (Marble Ci-tea!). I'm looking forward to completing my tea passport with friends and family.
Absolutely the best place for amazing tea and a quiet atmosphere. I sneak over every chance I get.
So much fun! Super cute atmosphere and delicious teas. We had the cheese plate and dessert plate (small portions, you may want a few) and the Cranberry Christmas Tea with the Smoked Rose I think it was called (#60). The Rose one was my fav. Super delicious. My only complaint is that it was very cold in the restaurant.
The food is bad.
It’s bland in the way that people who think black pepper is too spicy, would dine without worry. The tea was weak. I’ve had a thrice used teabag give more flavor. The macarons tasted like they came from the freezer section of a grocery store. The ones at the mall kiosk are magnitudes better.
The lesser tea course plus tax and tip cost me $47! I could have bought 2-3 dinners at GOOD restaurants for that.
My experience was so disappointing, I resent my loved one for asking me to go here.
I think the only people who should go here are people who are so enamored with the idea of a tea party, that the more money they pay, the better they think the food is. (Luckily for the proprietor and my loved one, there are plenty of people like this)
My only goal in writing this review is to try and save people like me from wasting their scant money.
Two stars because the restaurant looked clean and the waiter was a nice kid.
Delightfully cozy teahouse, with enough tea options to make your head spin, fresh in-house made scones, and tiny tea sandwiches
It looked cute; however , they wouldn't seat us because apparently more than half the restaurant was booked with reservations. Didn't realize this was a reservation only establishment. Boo

Great little tea shop! The staff are always pleasant, happy to answer questions, and make great tea!
Awesome atmosphere and great selection of teas. The food selections are very nice and creative. They offer an amazing lemon curd condiment...a must!!!
We absolutely loved this place. Dana was our server, and she did a great job. We had the Cafe latte yea and the Georgia Sundhine tea.

I came here with my friends for my friends birthday. This is the coolest place ever!! It’s such a relaxing environment and the food and tea is delicious!!! We called ahead and they accommodated to my vegan diet. It was sooo good. Our server Nemo was the best! The decor in this place is so cute and it’s a perfect place to take photos as well! Definitely will be back!!!

This is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon with friends! The seating is split in two: one side feels like a whimsical garden, and the other side has a dark academia vibe. The Tea Atlas came in handy as they gave 89 teas to choose from, and each person got to choose a pot (as we each purchased a Marble Ci-tea package).
I truly appreciate their care and attentiveness in dealing with food allergies. The staff is knowledgeable and delightful. The owner worked hard to cultivate an interesting and inclusive space.
The Kraken's Cup is well worth the 90-minute drive to visit!
