I drove taxi for almost 24 years in Knoxville and this place was my go to I haven't been in some years but but have asked my new husband to take me there for my birthday that is coming up looking forward to seeing tootsie again food was always great and so was the service if you're in a hurry then Skip it if not and have the patience to wait all businesses can be short staffed at times there are tables underneath a big tree tree they have compassion and respect for everyone...
My ice cream was great and, I don't know if it's because of my appearance. Or what come up with the lady that was serving me initially acted like. "What do you want" when I came up to the counter? She definitely had an attitude. and I said all I want is some ice cream lol
