This place is a throwback to times past — a 1950s-style drive through and walk-up window. I’ve only had the soft serve and it’s good. They also serve inexpensive burgers, dogs and fries.

Wheelchair accessibility: Like the drive thru at fast food for vehicles. Concrete tables with concrete benches, benches can be utilized for a table for someone using a wheelchair but railroad ties prevent wheelchair access to gravel area with tables.

I drove taxi for almost 24 years in Knoxville and this place was my go to I haven't been in some years but but have asked my new husband to take me there for my birthday that is coming up looking forward to seeing tootsie again food was always great and so was the service if you're in a hurry then Skip it if not and have the patience to wait all businesses can be short staffed at times there are tables underneath a big tree tree they have compassion and respect for everyone...
