We came in just for ice cream and a stop on our long roadtrip. We were greeted at the door by Aaron and he was extremely helpful and kind. We had an allergy in our group and he was very understanding, accommodating and helpful in getting us served. What a fun spot with unique ingredients and menu offerings. Yes, they have a few salty snacks, but definitely come here for the mind-blowing (and huge!) themed milkshakes and the homemade waffle taco-ish treats. We ordered a fruity pebbles waffle creation and a cookie monster shake and I had some very happy and hyper kiddos.

Solid 4.5/5 experience here. We definitely find our way here when we can to sample any seasonal treats that have been put together - for example, they had a orange cream themed milkshake that reminds us of the UT Vols!The staff is always super nice and patient to await our order. There are some spots inside and outside to sit if you want to hang out. If you do it right, you won't be walking out hungry. Go give it a try, and go big or go home! #desserts4Life

I have stopped at the shakery several times during regular business hours and they always seem to be closed. Even though the door says they are supposed to be open. I just don't understand it and I don't understand how a small business can so frivolously turn business away. They must be doing better than the rest of the country.. Good for them.In reply.. I know the business hours. And you are correct. I found them on Google and on the door, etc. But you haven't been open when I stopped there during those hours. I have no reason to lie. I love ice cream and I love milkshakes and I have been dying to try yours because I've been told over and over that they are the best in town. So believe me I want the door to open.

Rasberry fudge brownie is only available for shakes even though it's listed under scoops . They also said pumpkin pecan was only available in November even though it's on regular menu . Wasn't horrible wasn't good . Staff was meh at best . Will pass next time

It's actually called the Inskip Grill. Great shakes. They use Blue Bell ice cream for them and we were very pleased. Didn't order any food but we spied on the meals of people that did and it looked pretty tasty.
