The Shrimp Dock – Farragut, TN

We go to the Farragut location once a week (at least) for fish to cook for our dinner. It is always fresh, the service is prompt and pleasant and the flavor of the fish is perfect. When we first moved here we got fish from Whole Foods to Publix and others. None are as good as The Shrimp Dock!

Very disappointed. I know prices are going up. But they have removed a side, so only 1 now not 2. And the sandwich itself now only has 1/4 of the shrimp it used to have. For the price this meal I cannot recommend to anyone!

Very disappointed in the changes. We have been numerous times over the past 10+ years and LOVED the shrimp po'boy lunch. It USED to be an overflowing roll with tons on popcorn shrimp and 2 sides. Today we got a small handful of shrimp, only one side (which was pitiful) and the price had increased to $17. Either keep the quality and quantity OR raise the price. Not the opposite. Hope it was just a really bad day.

Great local seafood place, eat in or takeout. All about the seafood, not much on aesthetics. We've had shrimp and salmon plates. Hush puppies were great.

Well, mixed emotions here. I did get a refund for bad fish that I bought a month ago. What was missing? Any sort of apology from both of the guys working there today. Believe it or not, that would’ve been more important than the refund. Spending $87 on 2 pounds of fish and then turning around and serving it to our guest only to find out the fish was inedible. I usually purchase my fish from the Maryville location and never had a problem there. I will continue to do business with the Maryville crew as they are very friendly and I have never had a bad piece of fish from them in the 13 years. I have been going there.

I but a red snapper one file, and when I opened the bag fish did smell not fresh. Too expensive $$$. So disappointed.

Good/big selection of fresh seafood but expect to pay more than the grocery store. Clerk was helpful in making our selection of crab. Rick I.

I love both eating and shopping here for quality fish and shellfish.

If I'm eating, I'll usually get their fish plate of blackened trout with the 2 sides. It's delicious and the price is very reasonable with what you get. If you prefer fried items, the fried shrimp or clam strips are wonderful as well.

I love buying stuff here for a fish dinner or making shrimp and grits.

possibly the worst food i have ever tasted in my life. it most defintely wasnt fresh nor was it prepared in any type of edible fashion. the staff could not have been any ruder. literally dumped the food in trash and left. i have had better from the freezer section of Kroger

The food was great! I had a issue with the order being wrong but they were quick to fix it.

Its ok, shrimp wasnt exactly fresh. Rest was okay. If you want a seafood boil may as well go to StormingCrab to get moneys worth

I got a Catfish Po'boy and it was great, but the fries were soft and bland.

But I'm really putting in this low review because I came in and the staff was eerily silent. It was like they just didn't want me there. They didn't really want to help and I could feel that they wanted me to leave.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon and maybe this is just indicative of the weekend crew, but for a first time experience it was kinda awful and I don't really think I'll be coming back any time soon.

I just had lunch at the Shrimp Dock The Salmon was excellent and the Shrimp Po’ Boy was great!! 95
