It's perfect, every single time. Probably the best (non-soft serve) ice cream in Knoxville, it's risky business to live too close to here. The waffle cones are all made in house and they recently had a peanut butter cup flavor that couldn't have been any better. Their Mocha Brownie flavor is also truly delectable.

Came here on July 4th to sit, eat ice cream, and watch fireworks. There's a lot of outdoor seating! Staff was friendly and the ice cream was delicious!! Will definitely be back :)

We took a quick trip to visit @thesugarqueencreamery today and let’s just say that we were ALL impressed. Amazing atmosphere, enormous fresh, hot pretzels with so much flavor and the ice cream flavors are to die for! We may have tried 10 flavors before choosing…. Major fan and we will return! Thank you to @caitsplatez for sharing this gem of a place on TikTok! We had no idea what we were missing.

This was our first time visiting and I cannot say enough good things about the Sugar Queen team and treats. We were greeted with friendly smiles and helpful recommendations. My daughter had her favorite Cookie Monster which is typically a deep blue, u appreatied Sugar appreciated the Sugar Auern version being light on the color and heavy with the cookie chunks! I tried the Texas Sheet cake a yummy vanilla with chocolate cake pieces. I was practically eating cake and ice cream so delicious and a limited-time flavor. We enjoyed our treats on their lovely patio and there is an area where you can fire pit and sit or covered tables. My daughter enjoyed the kids' area where she played ice cream shop. I ordered cheesecake slices to take for the weekend, and WOW! There were homemade pretzel varieties, ice cream cakes, and even popsicles for the fur family. I am excited to see what else this dreamy place comes up with. We will be back again and again, our new favorite place!

Gorgeous place! The ice cream was perfection. There are many flavors including non-dairy. They have fresh waffle cones and generous (huge) scoops. To-go pints and gorgeous ice-cream cakes are ready for takeout. (Ideal for summer parties) Also hot, fresh pretzels for those of us with less of a sweet-tooth. The customer service was also on point. We loved it!

My husband and I love the Creamery ! The ice cream is one of the best places we’ve ever enjoyed. We live in Fl and own property in TN, every time we visit we make it a point to swing by and grab some ice cream. We love all the flavor combinations ❤️🍦🍨🍧❤️

They also have several flavors that they continually rotate in and out (on top of a great selection that's always available) so there's always something new and delicious to try. They also have fantastic pretzels!
