mid at best…. our pizza was so burnt. it was so expensive for not being great at all. it took forever to come out and it was not busy at all inside the restaurant. for one pizza and water it ended up being $46 after tip. our waiter was fabulous though!not sure what changed as this use to be one of my favorite places to come.

Food is good. Service not so much. The other location is significantly better. Won’t be going to this one again.

My family and I have been here a few times and really love their food . We went last night for my daughters birthday and had a really wonderful dinner and the service was so wonderful I wanted to write a review to express my appreciation. I can not remember our waitresses name! She said she is newer to the establishment- I feel terrible for forgetting but she was very attentive and friendly and helpful but not hovering. Our food came out hot and delicious in good timing and it really added to the enjoyment of our celebration. We’ll definitely return.

The single most mid sandwich I have ever eaten. That thing was so dry

We have been to Tomato Head at Market Square many times when it was busier than it was today. We arrived around 12:37pm and we were waited on fairly quickly. After we put our order in it took over 30 mins to get our food. My son only had 5 mins to gulp his food down and get back to work. My daughter in law got several toppings on 3 slices of pizza. All of the veggies were just put on top of a slice of cheese pizza. It was like a salad had been dumped onto her slices. The veggies were not cooked onto the slices. Also people who had been seated after we came in received their food much quicker than we got ours. Our waiter didn’t come over to see if we needed anything except for 2 times. We had to flag him down to get any help. This was a very simple order and was over $70. We plan to go other places to eat in the future.

I worked at a few pizza stores before and there pizza was the least flavorful pizza of my life. It taste like all bread. Cost me $50 with delivery. Dont waste your money on this trash.

Service was very lackadaisical on this Sunday. Employees eating at tables with friends forgetting items ordered and not knowing the cost of bar items.

I'm slightly unsure about being served by a waitress/waiter but even transgendered people need to make a living too..and I can overlook how that makes me feel but I probably won't be back any time soon..not offended..just sayin' to each his-her own..maybe someday a person's gender preference won't matter but for me right now it does matter..enough said..okay?

Gluten free pizza was one of the better ones. If you’ve done gluten free, you know it can be a bit like cardboard. This was NOT that and was very good. The other pizza was a four cheese with an oil base. That too was very good. The ambiance was only meh, being in a vibrant downtown location there was little pizazz to the place. The service was solid and friendly.

I was so pleasantly surprised of how awesome the ham sandwich was. The Diet Coke was also among the best I ever have had. Will definitely go back if I ever come to Knoxville again.

The food was amazing. The rosemary bread that my sandwich came on was fantastic. The server was friendly, but was more preoccupied with talking to a table that seemed safe to assume were her girlfriends. My husband was able to eat a pretty good pizza that was gluten free. A little pricey, but overall pretty fine.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free
