I usually only go with my boyfriend when they have karaoke there, by I Heart Beatz Entertainment owned by Bernadette Dougherty Hammond, & I always have a great time. The people there are so sweet & so much fun. They don't serve food, which is just fine with me. They do sell soft drinks & bottled water for those who don't drink alcohol, & that's great bc I don't drink alcohol. They have a pool table & dart boards so people will have more to do. They don't tolerate drugs or people who try to cause trouble. If someone tries, they are immediately forced to leave. They also stop serving people who have had too much to drink. It's a very clean & fun atmosphere. The owner, employees, & customers are very friendly. I love going there! If you like that kind of environment, I recommend that you check it out.
Parking: Because it is a small place, it can be difficult to find parking sometimes. It depends on what nights you go.

Fun enjoyable atmosphere very warm and welcoming to everyone no matter the difference in personalities. The owner is always there on Saturday nights and they have karaoke on Wednesday and Saturday night as well as starting a down home southern pick and play on Friday nights!!!! If you have an instrument and want a relaxing atmosphere to get together with same minded people come out and see them at tipsy's on Friday nights!! Doesn't matter what instrument you have or play they like to see and hear them all!!!
