Always a fun event here. Staff always cool and attentive, but not bothersome. Food is also good, but the atmosphere and fun to be had are unmatched. I don't drink, but the nerdy themed drinks I see coming out always make me consider starting.

Good food and drink menu. Most of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful but seemed very understaffed. Could have just been an issue that night. Our server was very friendly and helpful but was the only person helping all the tables. They had multiple people behind the bar but they all seem busy and were also very friendly.Couple small issues. Wanted to play some of the coin op games but the change machine was out of order and they were short-staffed enough that I didn't want to bother them to get change. Maybe some sort of information on the broken machine on what to do would have been nice. Second thing that we didn't realize, if you order from the bitburger menu, somebody from there just brings it in to go containers. We had some of our food delivered and was waiting for the rest when somebody with a giant paper bag full of food arrived who just said here's your food. It literally took just a few seconds for us to realize what was going on but during that time the person delivering our food looked so annoyed at us but didn't tell us what was going on them just sighed and walked off. I would have been more annoyed by that but everyone else at token was incredibly friendly.

Token is a fun experience all around. The staff is nice. The atmosphere is very nerdy and gamer friendly. The food is classic bar food with a new spin on it. The drinks are delicious.

I didn't have any food on this my first visit, and I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the beer was cold, and the pinball games were well-maintained. This is definitely a place I'll go back to, and it is a great option for a place to meet up with friends in West Knoxville.
