This is one of my go to places to eat while visiting oak Ridge. I asked for a bigger bowl then normal since I like a lot of toppings on my bowl and they had no problem with it. Great service and I love the food. I've only had their salmon poke bowls so far. I might eventually try their ramen.

Just finished our pick up meal from Tomo Poke Bowl in Hardin Valley. My husband ordered us two chicken Poke bowls and two potsticker appetizers. He ordered online through their online ordering system: Clover. I went and picked the order up on my way home. The place looked clean, the lady that I picked the order up from was nice. When I got home, (10-15 minutes away) We noticed that one of the appetizers were missing. When my husband called, the gentleman that I think made the order said that he forgot it and told us to come back and get it. After a long day it just wasn’t worth driving 10-15 minutes back to receive it, so we just asked for a refund. We were told they were unable to refund us because it was an online order and that they would give us credit for our return. This was our first visit and we eat ramen maybe once or twice a year. We then explained we don’t go in that direction very often, and would just appreciate the refund. The gentleman again tells us that he can’t give a refund on online orders. So we go online to try to talk with Clover. The only information they have available that we can find is for a clover user.. not a customer; however, there are plenty of online tutorials on how to offer refunds through the clover app on the merchants side. After we make a second call and explain their is no one to call through clover, the gentleman then tells my husband he would look at it tonight and hangs up. No asking for a name, no asking for a return phone number.. we think we are just out of luck. Unfortunate. It was only $7 but the next time we go out for ramen this place will not be on our list. If ever asked for recommendations, I’ll give my honest experience testimony.
