Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing here but I got a volcano roll and it was just not good. My avocado was old and browned, the rice in the roll was extremely crunchy in some parts and just didn’t have the taste of what you would expect a sushi roll to have. The lettuce under my gyoza was old and brown as well. I’ll come back another time and try again but as of right now I don’t think it’s the best place for sushi.

This is hands down my favorite poke and sushi place in the Knoxville area. Patrick and Jamie always make us feel welcome when we come in. The fish they use here I was told he's been using the same vendor for 20 years and it shows in the quality when you're eating here. From the basics of rice to the exotics of fish and everything in between it's all fresh like it came in the same day. He uses real chunks of wasabi that I've never had before and I got to try...

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly energy that made us feel instantly welcome. The staff here truly go above and beyond, super attentive and you can tell they genuinely care about making sure you have a great time.

Now, the food… WOW. Fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor! Every bite of my poke bowl was perfection, the fish was melt-in-your-mouth fresh, the toppings...
