Went to lunch there today and waited for over 40 minutes for our food. Waitress came out and informed my coworker that it would be another 20 minutes to cook her GREEN BEANS. That’s a total of an hour wait if she wanted the beans she changed it to corn. When our food arrived my chicken tenders were burnt and tasted like burnt oil. When the waitress noticed that the tenders weren’t eaten I told her that they were burnt. She said she have them fix a new order and that point we had been there around an hour. I told it was ok and she took it off the bill. When she rang the bill up she included the nasty chicken tenders after she told us she would take them off. We will NEVER go back again. Shame on you for. Treating your customers like this. Steer clear of this local restaurant at all costs.

I absolutely love Tracy's. I did not get to go to the other location. I found the current location driving by. I have been on the lookout for some nice mom and pop places to eat. So far Tracy's is my favorite breakfast spot. The breakfast sandwiches are so good. I love the biscuits. The staff is wonderful too. Very polite and accommodating. Thank you for often starting my days off rite.

Really liked breakfast (two scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, and gravy). Went later for lunch, and it did not impress.

Went to Tracy's diner (from Western Ave) with my husband and son to grab a quick bite to eat on 2/9/23.Our waitress Faye (from Amber Restaurant in Halls) was great! However, the food is not fresh It’s mostly instant and frozen. It was mediocre at best. I know you get what you pay for and that's not even an issue. We went to pay our check and noticed we were charged $1.29 for what we can only assume was lettuce and tomatoes that was put on the burger. We were also over charged somehow. The register came up with $41.55 after tax for a subtotal of a $6.99 2 egg and bacon meal with a $2.79 coke for my son, a $8.99 meal for chicken tenders lunch with water to drink for myself and a $6.99 cheese burger with lettuce and tomatoes with a $1.29 charge beside that and a side of onion rings $3.99 with water to drink for my husband. We paid the tab with a card which also incurred a $1.45 fee (no big deal) to use for a total of $43 before tip! We tipped in cash so that's not included at all. We were told it was already in the register and it she can't override pretty much. I wouldn't want her to get in trouble and my husband had to get home to get ready to go to work so we just paid it and left. $50 for lunch for 3 people is a little expensive for the type of food we got.

I had given a phenomenal review about this restaurant less than a month ago and had to delete it, because I didn't want any of my followers going here only to be disappointed.I TRIED to make a call in order only to have the phone thrown down, so after seven minutes of waiting, I just decided to go down and order it there. I thought obviously they were busy, or they wouldn't have been so rude. They weren't. I live less than three minutes away and when I got there, there was three customers in the restaurant. The waitress was overtly rude, obviously the person who answered the phone, upon taking my order I felt as I was being hurried. The last time I was there, less than a month ago, my total was less than $25 for one appetizer, two entrees and two desserts... today it was $25 for two entrees.Upon arriving at my house, to my dismay, the orders were almost completely wrong and what was right was WAY overcooked, the liver actually being burnt.Waitress being extremely rude + food prices being shot up in less than a month + Wrong order and food being burnt = me never going there again.

The food was moderate for a quick meal, I was served on a dirty plate that had the egg crust all over the edge of it. Only one server I was there 15 minutes before they took my order. There was three couples come in after me and the server set and talked to one of them for 10 minutes then took their order and finally the other customer and then finally come to my table. And when I went up to pay my check the same lady that took my order asked me if I wanted to put a tip on my card and I said no and she seemed like she was offended. The service was terrible. And I will not return it
