We meet here every Tuesday for a running group. The food from Gato Peligroso is seriously the best burger in Knoxville! Trailhead is a laid back atmosphere with good beer on tap and friendly faces.

Great place for a laid-back hang out. Great location. Great beers and drinks. I recommend ordering a margarita and enjoying the back patio. Make sure to check out the food truck as well, it's always great. Trailhead Beer Market has the friendliest and kindest service in town.

Great atmosphere !
Great ambiance and good rotating selection on draft, not to mention the varied canned selection available. Pets are allowed outdoors and they’re open until midnight. If you’re looking for a place to grab a couple of drinks with a group of friends in South Knox, I’d put Trailhead in the top 5! Also, the foodtruck on site, Gato Peligrosso doesn’t disappoint either with their tropical themed tacos and sandwiches.
