“The employee Madison Parrish at this location: 2012 Cumberland land avenue in Knoxville was so helpful. I haven’t been to a lot of smoothie places and was stressed about what to order so she helped me choose what I wanted and was so great. Definitely good customer service!!“

“I love this place. It’s so bright, both in atmosphere and employees. Ever since they opened, they’ve been my go to place after my barre class. The staff is super friendly. The food is always perfect and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. I never wait more than like 3 minutes for my order to be prepared after placing it. The location is also just super convenient. I used to complain about there being no affordable smoothie places close to barre because the other nearby competitors odd northshore are like 10$ plus a freaking smoothie. Anyway, you should go here! I love love love this place and couldn’t have imagined a better store to have opened in this location.“

“Alex is the sandwich man! Been here several times and didn’t love this place relative to other locations but Alex made the best wraps we’ve had and his customer service is A+! Highly suggest you go see this guy! Avery is also knows how to navigate the app and was able to show me how to add a Jr Jetty mermaid smoothly. Not everyone knows the way around their app and she was awesome!!“

“Caden was the best. My daughter has food allergies and he took his time to read ingredients on things and go over all her choices. Letting her sample a sauce she could have as well. Soooooooo worth the trip out of the way. If everyone had a Caden to work for them, the restaurant world would be a better place.“
