We love their food and smoothies.
Employees always courteous. Seem to care about the job they are doing. I feel like I’m eating healthy when I go to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

I’m obsessed with this tropical smoothie! Every time I come in, I make sure to ask for Brainard—he always gets my order just right. He’s so friendly and genuinely cares about providing great service, even when things get super busy. It’s rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond like he does. I always leave with a smile, a perfect smoothie in hand, and some delicious food to satisfy my cravings!

Tropical Smoothie Cafe never misses—but what really takes the experience to the next level is the amazing staff. Shoutout to Brainard for always bringing the energy and making every visit feel personal. The smoothies are excellent (recommend the Bahama Mama!), the food is fresh, and the service is quick and friendly. If you’re stopping by, hope you get to catch Brainard in action! Keep it up!
I came in after a long day of class and was helped by a nice guy named Ethan. He was very attentive and made the experience worth it.
I had an amazing experience at Tropical Smoothie thanks to Ethan! He was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. His positive attitude and great customer service made my visit even better. The smoothie was delicious, and I really appreciated how attentive he was. If you stop by, definitely hope that Ethan is working—he goes above and beyond! Highly recommend!
