My food literally came in a crushed pile. I’d never recommend this location.

Friendly a little pricey for what you get.

I placed a pick up order to take home and when I got home, there was a hair in my food and when I called the store to speak with the manager, no one was available and I couldn’t even get through. It’s just an automated system. There’s no actual manager that you can speak to on the phone.

this place is horrible! The customer service was terrible!! My server name was Ashley she spit in my drink. Never COMING BACK

This is my number one smoothie spot to come besides PURE. Their smoothies are so enriched and always exceeds my expectations. Especially when I am in a rush. Thank Youuu so much! ♥️

I always think it's weird when you walk into a place and everyone stops to look at you but doesn't greet you or anything. Twilight zone vibes.

I've been to several Tropical Smoothie locations, but none of them make the Beach Bum smoothie quite like this one. It's consistently perfect—smooth, refreshing, and full of flavor. They really know how to get the balance just right here, making it hands down the best Beach Bum smoothie I've ever had.

The service is also great. The staff are friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience every time I visit. This location sets the bar high for quality and customer service. Highly recommended if you're a fan of Tropical Smoothie!

We love their acai bowls! Excellent service at their Cedar Bluff location and a very clean place! Would highly recommend!

Tropical smoothie was good before but now that they have açaí bowls!

The restaurant is clean and though we came 30 min before closing time everyone was nice. I like the açaí bowls more than the smoothies so we will definitely be back for those.

The smoothie frozen as leftovers and mixed in a Ninja Creami was delicious afterward.

Waited in line to put my order in for a smoothie that is subpar compared to smoothie king and a family of 5 jumped in front of me when it was my turn. They had 2 kids which I’m sure they are just as entitled as their parents. The cashier said nothing to them, just took their order knowing I had been waiting.
