Overall, a bit disappointed with this location. The smoothies are hit or miss on quality, heavily leaning towards miss. Usually order 4 for the family but one turns out decent while the rest taste like blended ice with little to no flavor from the other ingredients. For this to be my average experience over multiple visits, I would guess that skimping on ingredients is the recipe.
For an $11 dollar smoothie I was hoping for the staff to know which ingredients actually come in each smoothie. I ordered two separate drinks and both were missing ingredients and super hard to drink. As if it was mostly ice blended. I love tropical smoothie but it’s a shame to pay $20 bucks for two smoothies and tip just to walkways with garbage.

they just do not make their food well at this one. at all. same with the smoothies, super watered down.

The store had no other customers in it, and Jaclynn R served my boyfriend who is black. She never asked his name, and typed a “n” for the order name. I noticed it when he came home. Any other letter, or no letter would have been acceptable. Micro aggressions and blatant racism are disgusting and should never be tolerated. Do better.

I really like their Thai chicken wrap. And their watermelon smoothie but too bad it's only available in the summer.
First I want to say that the staff did an excellent job and were very kind and profesional, the reason for my 1 star is because, I found out that the A/C was not working and it was VERY HOT in there, and I could see the workers just trying their best to do their job while trying to ignore the heat, whoever the higher up is you need to fix this ASAP, these workers shouldn’t be working in these conditions period.
