U Brew Coffee Co. feels like a coffee speakeasy where you become the barista. They are polite and exceedingly knowledgeable as they walk you through every step, of the experience that leaves you educated without ever feeling overwhelmed.
The space, which feels comfortably like a speakeasy, is absolutely gorgeous. Simultaneously, cozy, modern, and just classy enough to make you think, “Yeah, I could definitely write my novel here.” Whether you’re a coffee nerd or just getting into the experience, even if you come for the vibe, this place hits every note.
Do not forget to ask about The Belgian Sweets Company selections. Everything they offered sounded amazing. I went for the almond croissant that absolutely is a top-tier pastry over almost anything I’ve had in Knoxville!

The person helping me was very patient and she showed me what to do step by step (I didn't catch her name). It was such a fun experience. First place I have ever been able to drink black coffee. Andrew, the owner, is so personable and passionate about coffee. I love how he takes the time to genuinely get to know every single person who walks in the door.
