Victor's Taco Shop

Ordered Victor’s via DoorDash. Our order came complete. Victor’s blames DoorDash but the order came without any labels. I guess the dasher was expected to guess what the order was. Victor’s refused to make us whole. They wouldn’t make the food right. They wouldn’t refund any money. Avoid this place at all costs. Unless you like bland food, poor service, and rude employees.

Having lived in California and Mexico this place is not that, but for Knoxville it is very good and consistent. Their Victor Burrito is a must try, and their tortas are awesome!

Went in for the first time... staff was very rude... cooks were face timing while cooking... I seemed to be an inconvenience by giving the establishment business... food was horrible... and to top it all off it gave me food poisoning... i know for a fact because it was the only thing I ate that day... my advice is fire your entire staff and start from scratch as I see this is a common problem from the other reviews... visited December 29th 2024

Portions were small, food pretty good for fast Mexican take out. However, the hair in my food was not good pulled it out of my street taco inside my to go box. I implore people to wear hats and have hair tied back.

The lady behind the counter was basicly rude to my coworker when they messed up his order.

Food is good but the female cashier who wears a wrist brace and is heavy set has been extremely rude the last THREE times we have been here, i hadnt seen her before and we come here regularly. She is just blatantly rude, i asked her for a Jamaica (pronounced hamaica, i thought!) to drink, mispronounced it and was trying to correct myself (literally took two seconds) and shes interrupting me, im trying to tell her but she keeps interrupting me and trying to make me feel dumb, so i point to the machine and before i can even say the red one, she rolls her eyes and huffs and says THERE ARE TWO. Yeah i can see that if you would shut up long enough to let me SPEAK!!!! She keeps rolling her eyes, before i can even finish my sentence to say THE ONE THATS NOT HORCHATA, she interrupts again to say thats purple, when obviously, there is one white one and one that is reddish pink. I really could not believe how rude this woman was! I could not fathom being this rude to a regular customer. My husband was appalled. We love the food and everyone else has been amazing, thats why we come at least twice a week. We will NOT be returning. I hope this woman has the day she deserves.

Love Victors Taco shop. I recommend the Steak, egg, cheese burrito.

The food was fantastic. We ordered takeout and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. The service was very friendly.

IMO, the food had no flavor. We got different items (tacos, burritos and quesadilla) and all three tasted blah. Nice staff.

Very good Cali Burrito, very easy to tell that everything is made with fresh ingredients. I can compare their food to the Mexican food I had over in San Diego area.

Ordered food, menu bland, went to sit at table, all tables nasty, ordered 4 chicken street tacos- meat was dry and old like,no cheese just onion,cilantro,lime that comes on them. Ordered chips and queso-chips kinda stale. Pretty bland place.
