The food was worse I've ever had at waffle house. Waitress never checked to see if needed anything. Just very disappointed. Can say more but gonna keep it to myself.

Reliably good food and service but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. It is disgusting to watch the server’s pick up dirty dishes, scrape the garbage into the trash, and then pick up orders all with the same bare hands.

I happened to take my Jeep on a long road trip from Baltimore down I95, to I-10, then from Pensacola, fl. Back up through Tennessee. Then back to Baltimore. We use waffle house, because of a good breakfast on the road... I order what we always order the Grand slam breakfast, all the food was perfect but the eggs. I ordered scrambled hard and add cheese. What I got was soupy eggs, the yolk and white was seperated, some of the yolk was not done. This was more of a Egg salad than scrabbled eggs, the waiteress asked to redo it, even though this is how they "always do it." It came out the same way, but even more yolk under cooked, looking like jello. Now, it is weird that Wafflehouse in Baltimore, MD, Florence, SC, Pensacola, FL cook them the same, but it is different from the one in Tennessee..... I was even asked how they cook it differently? Why do I need to described how scrabbled eggs look like?

The young waitress was absolutely amazing and deserves at least a assistant manager position she acted more polite and professional then Most of the higher ups because they were very rude and snobby and very impolite and unprofessional on how they treated that homeless man this morning

Walked in at the same time as some teenagers we sat down before them Karen cop comes up and tells us they get to sit there instead didn't know the police got to dictate seating. P.s do yourself a favor and scroll past all the " local guide reviews to see how the service actually is.

Stopped in for dinner. Service was excellent. I was blessed with an attentive waitress. The restaurant was clean. It had the welcoming vibe of hungry Tennessee sports fans. I will definitely frequent here.
