One of the best Waffle Houses in East TN. I drive Uber, and often don't have a lot of options when my hours extend into the early a.m. The crew working tonight were great. My food (a To-Go) was hot, exactly as I ordered it - down to including flatware and hot sauce in the bag. Alana was my cashier, and she was friendly and efficient; and her other 2 coworkers were just the same.Highly recommend.

Absolutely LOVED THIS WAFFLE HOUSE!! My boyfriend and I went to the merchant waffle house and they were so rude to us we didn’t get a table for 30-40 minutes and ended up leaving. but this is the best waffle house we’ve ever been to. The staff was so sweet and really cared about the quality in their work and pleasing their customers!

Haven't had a bad meal there, but the hash browns are usually undercooked.
The food had black stuff all in it my kid got sick from eating there the waitress wasn't doing what she should of been. And she got upset if we asked for more drink I will never go back to that

The waitress named Jelly was very friendly, but the woman who was cooking didn't have her hair tied up, she was in a bad mood, she threw the food on the griddle, the food was burnt and the worst thing was that a hair came out on my plate.

Ordered the steak and eggs and the food was actually really good and it was ready within the few minutes it took me to get there. Very clean and the waitresses were attentive and even though I didn't need help and was just waiting to check out the other lady ask me if I had been seen already. Was in and out and everything was correct!
