Worst service that we had at this waffle house.They need to learn customer service skills badly. If they are going to work for tips. Still paid them for the bill and they didn't even try to make it right. And I under stand you'll got bust But we order 10 minutes before they came in.

I stopped in here to get something to eat about 9:00 PM on Friday night. I’ve been here for 20 minutes. Nobody acknowledge me that I was here. They must not wait on white people here I will never be back. This place is worthless and I eat a lot of waffle houses, but this one here needs to be shut down and this wiped off the map..the floor looks like never been cleaned. This the worst I’ve ever. Jennifer got mad at me because when I ordered I asked can I order ala cart just a two egg omelette without anything else. She said yes. I said I won’t be charged for all the other stuff. She said no. When she brought our bill I asked why my omelette cost more than my husband’s & he had toast, hash browns. She said because that’s what you ordered. I did order with two slices of cheese. It did not have any extra cheese. I was charged 50¢ per slice. She said I can just order you the toast & hash browns. I said ok. Do that. Now she knew he ordered his toast without margarine & they put a big glob on the toast so he couldn’t eat it. She just has an attitude. We drove all the way from Sevierville to eat instead of going to the one there or Pigeon Forge. It was very disappointing. 😢. She still received her 20% tip. We do want to end with a nice compliment. The Christmas decorations looked fabulous. We did over night deliveries for several years all over the USA from coast to coast. This is by far the best decorated Waffle House we have ever seen for Christmas. It made our day. Thank you for the extra effort inside & outside. Loving 🥰 it.

The cook was constantly yelling to the waitress that she was not calling the orders correctly and in the appropriate time. WTH. People don't come in there to listen to help being talked to that way. When I paid my bill I asked the clerk to tell him to stop being so grumpy. She did. He gave me a dirty look. He may be a reason they always have a Help Wanted sign in the window. The waffle was awful. Could not eat it. Maybe cook should have been paying attention to quality of food.
