Sam's club has a huge selection of items for my home and office. Each week I save a lot of money shopping at Sam's club with all my bulk purchases. My two sons' like stopping at each sample station to see what Sam's club has new to offer Sam's club members. Most of all I enjoy using my Sam's club membership at Sam's club gas station each week.

I've purchased tires from Sam's twice. Tires for the most part are fine. Service to rotate them is not. I visited Sams in Knoxville to have the tires rotated. The attendant was very close to rude. At first, she was reluctant to acknowledge my presence. When she abruptly asked what I wanted, I indicated I wanted to have my tires rotated. The response was it will be 2 1/2 hours. Do you want to wait 2 1/2 hours? I felt the response was rude and really intended to get me to just leave. Which I did. Not happy with the response and considering other options for servicing my car in the future.

This is my preferred Sam's location, and so far it has not disappointed! While not as fancy or health-conscious as Costco, they offer a wide selection at a steal of a price (with my membership). I initially signed up to buy some of their bulk floral for a wedding shower. It was the best decision ever - it was delivered three days before my event, which allowed me to make the centerpieces and prep the greenery. I have since kept my membership, and still use Sam's to buy bulk for parties and events. I have heard the cafe is pretty good for what it is, and will report back once I've tried that. Whenever we are in the area, I also fill up my gas tank and am able to save a decent bit with my card.

Earlier today, a Wal-Mart clerk assisted me in my self-checkout, which consisted of a twelve-pack of beer. When he asked for my ID he said something like: "OK. So I just need to make sure you are over 21." As he looked at my license and inputted my birthday on the keypad, he smiled and said "Alright. 22. Born on 5-15-1996," subtracting 35 years from my actual age. Made me smile back . . . .

Not the same store in a long time. Tire and Lube sucks! Noticed several people had the same complaint about crappy tires. What is it with the tires? Wish I had seen this review before. Wife called back to tell them about the tire going down after two days. Some guy wouldn't give name says, "Lady never heard this before and tired of people trying to screw us over with crap like this." They were a lot nicer to me and exchanged the tires after I told them I worked at another Walmart was talking to one of the ASM I knew who came from our store.

I love this place, and go often. It is so much better than Costco! It's really good and the only negative I can find is that is owned by Walmart which I try to avoid all costs. This place, I have to make an exception for.

I'll be coming around the corner when I come said every customer in the store! This is one of my favorite Sam's Clubs in the nation so far and I am quite the traveler. The whole experience here is great from the taste test stations they have to the friendly staff always willing to help you to the awesome layout that the Sam's Clubs has and it seems like they have someone dedicated to always making sure something is straightened up properly. I used to work in a department store and I know when people try on clothes and put them back they always look messy but this location does a great job of not allowing that to happen so often. A small detail that makes a great difference. The bathrooms here are always magnificent even with the high volume of traffic they have. The pizza and hot dogs are always good even though I know I shouldn't always be eating them. They're so cheap and such a great value. Always low prices right? Things to note::: in the jewelry section they always have a great selection of Invicta watches which is a big deal because they have these $49.01 sales that you just cannot beet anywhere as Invicta watches are usually $200 and up. Get your wallet right. Now go shop at one of the greatest stores in the nation.

We've been Sam's members for 2 decades and lived in many States. This is one of the nicer ones cos of its location and friendly people. Mainly get meats, veggies and condiments from here. My BMW needs premium gas so I absolutely pass by this place for it., saves me ton of money every year. We get Tires for our cars, great prices on them along with regular rotation/balancing
Everytime I come in and buy a cooked rotiserie chicken it is RAW!! Completely raw!!! WHY. I take them back in and tell them and they keep saying "Sorry, the ones we test are good" Well, I have a hard time believing this. I can see someone eating this and getting very sick. The recipe I'm using the chicken for I have to cook the chicken more, thank goodness or I wouldn't buy them. I cant see how these pass health and safety standards at all.

July 13th- I was at this location today and I had a concern. While shopping for my ethnic hair care products I saw a sign above my head that alerted me that security cameras are in use. I thought it was odd that the sign was placed on this aisle. Has there been a high amount of theft in this store pertaining to ethnic hair care? As an African American woman I felt a little attacked that this sign was placed above an area that I frequent in the store. I would like to know crime stats in the store is there a reason those signs are posted everywhere? Until then I have to rate this as poor. Thank-you

Since I am busy with our newborn and my husband has been working a lot of overtime I thought we would try your Free Grocery PickUp service. What a lifesaver! We are so impressed! Placing and paying for the online order was simple. The pickup process was seamless and convenient. Chris and Kristen did a great job and were very helpful and friendly! Our order was 100% accurate. All of the cold and frozen items were still cold and frozen. All of the meat and produce were fresh. And we really like our Welcome Bag full of yummy goodies. We will be regulars and highly recommend this location and service!
