Do you know how I know the store has no management? In addition to the overflowing trash cans and smell of piss everywhere on the property, one of their stop signs fell down and has been laying down for four days straight while employee after employee after employee walks right by. Update: going on about a month. Stop sign still laying on the ground. That’s the type of management present at this store.

This is walbrook location in cedar bluff. Always out of needed merchandise. Poorly managed store. This isn't a one off. I've been trying to buy bacon and great value bread for my last 6 visits over 2 to 3 weeks and they are always out. They have had serious outages for the entire 22 years I've been going there and it does no good to tell a manager. I keep filling out the surveys they send me with this information and they say they will address it every time, but that's a bunch of crock. Nothing ever changes !!!!!!! They always have their employees with their large shopping freight carts blocking isles, and 99% of the employees won't even say hi, smile or make eye contact! Ridiculous! Also the pictures below are from different days and different weeks, not the same day. I just keep adding more each time I go. ?

It needs improvement in the appearance, arrangement and cleanliness of the place. It is the least organized of the other branches.
Nice Walmart. Underrated meat section. Lots of specialty cuts.

I was there today 10/14 at 10:00. What I saw was horrible! They have one senior lady ringing people up. There are about 10 full carts in line. The lady is getting slammed and there are a handful of younger ladies observing checkout but not really because they are in a circle laughing and chatting! Why not put some of those girls in a register. Shame on you management for the way you treat your customers and the way you treat that poor senior lady who is the only polite and efficient worker you have by depriving her of help. How can you sleep at night?the other ladies mumble and look bothered when you ask them a question and nobody knows anything when you inquire to see if they are opening more registers!
