Normally I’d give this place 5 stars. Me and my boyfriend have ate here a handful of time, enough to keep coming back. And we’d always eat at the grill till one day, we didn’t feel like being around people so we decided to just get a regular booth. It was around lunch time I believe on a weekend day. Service was great per usual, but when our food came out not only was it lukewarm there was a bug on my plate just chillin in the fried rice!!! It wast a fly but it had wings… I couldn’t tell what bug it was. Obviously we asked for help, the manager came by and offered to remake our food and take something off the bill. Normally restaurants would take the entire meal off or maybe half price it. But he took a whopping $5 off the bill. Mind you the remake food was still trash and we lost our appetite. We sadly paid the bill and left. I wish I still had the photo of the bug in my food but I can’t find it. But I swear on everything I love this really did happen:(! We go to lil Tokyo in pigeon forge now and it’s muchhhhhhh bettter portion, quality, everything 10/10.

Dinner for my family of 4 was roughly $200 bucks after tip.

I was sweating before the meal was done because the place was so hot. The atmosphere was only improved because I was also suffering shoulder to shoulder with strangers at my table.

The highlight of our evening was the rush home because all 4 of us had to use the bathroom. That's the polite way of saying we barely made it home before we had a massive mess on our hands (and in our pants). The bathroom situation in singularity might be coincidence, but all 4 of us seems highly improbable.

I regret the decision to go and hope other's don't have the same experience we did.

Professional, fast, best Japanese I've had period. Tried the Spicy Tuna Roll and House Udon Noodles and both were 10/10. Will be back!

Ribeye and teriyaki chicken. Delicious!!! Vegetables and rice were awesome! The chef was entertaining.

Absolutely delicious! The Filet is so tender and flavorful!

Waitress was very helpful and friendly the grill cook very sloppy and food had no flavor just salt

We sat in the bar and watched the kitchen staff constantly bring out hot food and place it on the back of a dining room booth…where customers had to walk through..just 2 feet from the hostess stand. Several staff would walk past it and ignore it until minutes later someone would finally grab it and try to find which table it belonged to. This happened several times. Disgusting!! We simply wanted chicken hibachi but did not want to sit at one of the grill tables for one of the hibachi shows… and the price was the same!! Over $25 just for chicken! Outrageous. Down the block it is $16. We won’t be going back.
