Went here with my girlfriend and sat on the patio. We ordered cocktails which were nice, but then had to wait 90 mins to see our server (Peyton maybe?) again. After an hour I went in and asked the hostess if we could please get some water as it was very hot out, and another round of cocktails and was told sure just to give them a moment. Twenty minutes later (and no service) I went back in with the same request.

This was our third time here, and second time with very sub par service. My gf asked me not to leave a review as they are a locally owned/woman owned restaurant and to message on Instagram. Unfortunately you cannot message them on Instagram unless they follow you.

There was absolutely no apology for the wait which would have made it acceptable. The hostess didn't even apologize for forgetting about us and denying us water.

Very unenjoyable experience. We then went to Elkmont Station and had absolutely phenomenal cocktails with wonderful service.

We stopped here as a lunch/half way point break while driving from western NC to Nashville. Service was prompt and friendly and the food was delicious. Great friendly vibe in the bistro. It’s just a 1/3 of a mile off I-40 west of Knoxville, so it’s very convenient. Will definitely stop in again.

We had a wonderful meal. I had the pork chop in a strawberry barbecue sauce and my wife had the filet. Both were tender and juicy and perfectly cooked. We ordered bread pudding for desert and I have to say it was the best I ever had. The service was outstanding and the live jazz made for a great evening! We definitely will return.

Live music Wed. & Sat. Nights. Always good.

Great date night place. Food and service were good. Admittedly the shrimp and grits plate had some odd seasoning choices but was still worth trying.

Food was great. They were frequently making drinks with wood and smoke that overpowered the small restaurant.

Went on a date it was great! My waiter was extremely nice and went above and beyond even getting me the list of songs planned on playing for a music report I had to do for college. The restaurant was extremely clean and well decorated I was surprised I’d never heard about such a cute chique place was right there. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star on food was because I got food poisoning from a shrimp on my shrimp cocktail it was still very good food and I know that it was probably a one off bad batch I got, was still very tasty and loved the place would return!

Today, our ladies group had lunch and the Power Salad was amazing! Thank you for excellent food, drinks, and hospitality! We will return to this gem!

We were supposed to meet my parents for my mom's birthday. We circled the parking lot for 30 minutes and while we tried to find a working number to ask their suggestions for parking but none of the numbers worked, we got cut off several times. We called my parents to let them know we had drivers cut us off and think we should go elsewhere but my parents were dead set on this place. They told us the table next to them were leaving and they'd give us their parking spot but judging from the rude drivers I figured they'd have a bad time too when they would try to secure the spot for us. I honestly feel the waitress that suggested we park across the street didn't think people could be disabled and unable to cross the mass expanse of road. Also, how does a restaurant with minimal parking make money. Wish they'd expand the parking lot and possible take it back to how it was before but I guess I'll just keep wishing. It's unfortunate but seriously water into wine-- your phone numbers do not work and only having online reservations has you disconnected with your patrons. To each his own.

This place is a really exciting spot to hang out at. I had the Brie Flat Bread and it is Devine. The Bartender made an amazing old fashion as well! If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

11/23/24 11:30 am - Amazing! We had delayed visiting this beautiful, welcoming restaurant because we thought it was all about wine, and we are not wine drinkers. While it is clearly a haven for wine drinkers, our lunch as non wine drinkers was absolutely superb. We had the dippity do appetizers, shrimp flat and 2 egg brunch breakfast. Our dishes were expertly plated. The Chef has a flair for flavor! Her experience was our taste buds delight. Our server, Daniel, was professional, polite, friendly, accommodating and he made us feel like our pleasure & business was important to him. We will be back to sample their delicious dinner menu.

Water Into Wine is absolutely incredible and a great place to entertain clients during happy hour or grab dinner with friends. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff go out of their way to make sure you had an amazing experience. You can tell the owner, who becomes a quick friend if you meet her, takes tremendous pride in her business as no small detail is overlooked. Also, don’t be afraid to ask the bartenders to make a special cocktail as they like to try new things - btw best bourbon/ wine menu in town!!

Small menu specialty restaurant where the atmosphere is fantastic, the food super tasty, and the staff top notch. The bar is complete and serves every combination of glorious concoctions you can think of. Will cost you a pretty penny but worth every cent.

Vegetarian options: Several good choices for our people (vegetarian!)

This place is probably the best place in all of Knoxville (certainly the best place west of I-140). We've been multiple times over a variety of different days of the week. It is remarkably consistent for it's quality, cleanliness, outstanding service and atmosphere.

PLEASE never think your efforts to maintain a high standard don't go unnoticed!

If you score high for variety, or large menu, Water into Wine is not going to be where you want to go. But this place is a lesson in what restaurants should do which is get very good at what they do serve and how you serve it.

Dietary restrictions: Easy to work with for gluten free options.
