Ordered two singles. Light mayo, light ketchup, extra lettuce, extra tomato and extra onion. Singles had no lettuce, no mustard, and no pickles. Staff spent five minutes looking for the mobile order, asking to see app, etc (which said it was already picked up), and it was sitting inside the fry cooker the whole time.

I have been here in the past years before. But as of recent, its not worth your time after 9pm. I have been here twice recently on my way from work, and it was equally as bad of an experience both times. Food is not what you ordered, you will wait 10m and be told your food is getting made fresh, just for it to be cold.

I stopped on my way to work at approximately 640am. I saw 2 cars pull to the drive thru in and out quickly. As I was expecting to get quick service, realized there were no orders being taken. I sat at the menu waiting to order to no avail. I took my business elsewhere. As a manager in the food industry, that's incredibly unfortunate to loose 3 guests within 20 minutes. Might want to address the situation.

Update this wendy is horrible at night!!! I was picking up a paid order that they didn't have. Waited 45mins just to get to the window for the man to say they were out of food even though the order was already paid for. I got in the line around 12:10am. They knew it was a doordash order. They have very bad attitudes as well. Wendy, you lost a lot of business tonight due to your incompetent workers. They could have easily said they were out of food before I got to the window.
