Chris provided excellent customer service. The manager tiger or whatever his name is does not know how to run his store. Chris made sure everything was accurate and perfect while Tiger had a rude attitude in the back that the restaurant could see. I recommend you give Chris a raise and fire the manager or retrain him.

Can't submit a survey this restaurant not listed. Ordered a Ghost Pepper sandwich and that is not what I got. Paid for Ghost Pepper but got a different sandwich. Staff was friendly. Liked the drink selection. Restaurant appeared clean.

In town for work visited this restaurant Monday service was great ,food was good also. Went back Wednesday couldn't get in the lobby at 7:10 pm ,(due to company policies and the size of my work truck the drive thru was not an option) never would have thought a town the size of Knoxville so many fast food joints lock the lobby so early.

They do not need this one star. But I made my order they said the price had changed. But that is not what I was looking at. The price was 6 dollars. So I said, "Since the price was still the old price, could I get it for the 6 dollars. We went back and forth. So. I felt like cause they were giving me a hard time and trying to play me like I was stupid or something. I didn't want to eat there, and nor would I ever go there again. And I would say don't go there and eat go somewhere else to eat. I still have the picture of the old price on my phone that I took to show that it was 6 dollars and not 7 dollars. Save yourself the trouble. The hell with them. Everyone have a blessed and wonderful day.

Kiontae that waited on me was very nice and cheerful to me, as well as the older couple in front of me, making it a very enjoyable visit. The burgers and fries were very good. Our only problem was they didn't pay enough attention to the request and put catchup on my wife's burger, she wasn't pleased with that.

Order 2 meal combos, a baconator and 10 nuggets. Everything was terrible. We didn't recieve our complete order as one buger was replaced by a side of fries. Nuggets were cold and rubbery and the fries were not hot and crispy. And no receipt was provided. Very disappointed in Wendy's.
