Not sure when Wendy's changed the #6 Spicy Chicken taste profile, been 2+ years since I ordered one. It is shite.

I had a very disappointing experience on Christmas Eve, shortly after landing. I arrived around 4:10 PM and went through the drive-thru.
The employee who initially assisted me was extremely rude. When I politely asked for her name, she backed away and refused to respond, then had another employee finish the order. When I asked that employee for her name, she closed the drive-thru window in my face.
For context, the first employee was wearing a red Christmas sweater. While placing our order, we made two changes before paying, and the drive-thru was not busy at the time.
When we attempted to innocently update the order, she abruptly stated that we could no longer make changes—despite the fact that we had not yet paid and were respectful throughout the interaction.
I understand that it can be frustrating when people change their orders but that still is no reason to treat a customer that way. Her tone and demeanor were unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lack of basic customer service during this visit was unacceptable—especially.
I will be reaching out to corporate to address it.

Great spot for lunch! The food is always hot, and full of flavor, and the drive-thru is surprisingly fast — perfect for a quick break. Friendly staff and smooth service make it an easy choice. Highly recommend!

They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich when I order the regular chicken. They shorted me one fries.I had to go in and get my ketchup that I asked for. I guess that is how they make profits. Check you or just do not go here.

A bit run down, but classic. Though mold/discoloring can be seen across the ceiling. And one part of the ceiling is coming apart or down next to the window (clear repeat water damage). The lid dispenser is infuriating to access lids without tearing them apart. An odd , and older place, but the staff are nice, and food is still good.

Two of us just finished eating at the Farragut Wendy's and it was was so cold inside that the experience was terrible. We were the only two people in the restaurant, so even if the service and food were excellent (which it wasn't), it was just too cold to enjoy any meal.
Shawn (excuse the spelling if wrong) is what every employee should strive to be like. Thanks bro for hooking it up with the ghost pepper nuggies.
