This location needs to update their hours. Trying to find somewhere to get food when you don't get off of work until late and getting there to pick up an online order just to find out that the place is closed is beyond annoying.

Kim and Timmy were amazing. I always order a spicy only mayo and add extra, extra pickles. Timmy verified that I wanted extra extra and I said yes. He told me he was going to put what he felt comfortable with but he would give me a small container with some more in it. Which worked out perfect. Then our fries were the best fries I’ve ever eaten from Wendy’s. They were crispy and usually whithin a few minutes they usually are not good. But these were different.

I wish I could write this service less than one star. This was abhorrent. The young man took my order, interrupting me several times he got the order wrong when I clarified he was rude and cut me off yet again. When he handed me my food, he promptly slammed the window in my face and walked away, not providing me with a straw required for the drink, ketchup or napkins absolutely abhorrent service

Worst lunch ever when I go5 to the chicken ranch wrap it was soiled with a cleaner. Smelling and tasting like pinesol or another cleaning product made me lose my stomach and going hungry cause the thought of the chicken wrap and smell combined with anything and I would be right back to the toilet.

Ordered a #1 double, No onions, No mustard. Got 10 miles down the road. Got the sandwich out. It was a single with extra onion and mustard. We called to tell them. They said they couldn't help us unless we drove back 20 miles by now.
No gift card or coupon offered. The receipt had the order correct but the sandwich maker apparently can't read instructions.

I come here often through the drive through and normally when I do, Rasheed is always very friendly and gets my order right. It's rare to get good service in restaurants these days and people who are genuinely good people

And I stood there but nobody attended to me and my food went cold, until someone finally said is there to go order here.i didn't realize I had to get someone's attention and ask if my food was ready.
