Absolutely horrible. Waited 2 hours in line (couldn't get out due to barriers, ans the employee blocking drive thru with trash cans a few cars behind) for an order. Hateful staff member named Mark. Was being sarcastic and rude and said they don't do refund for stuff they didn't have. He was extremely hateful and showed no sense of urgency. Was told that it was taking long because they were prioritizing doordash orders. He refused to help and was smoking a cigarette outside most of the time. Horrible experience and still no refund for the stuff they were out of. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Will be sharing the footage of the Staff members horrendous actions.

The Drive thru had 2 cars and then myself.
It took 11 minutes before somebody answered the speaker so that I can tell them that I had a mobile order placed. In that time period both cars in front of me had been long gone, and by the time I told them I had a mobile order and got my food it was ice cold. Would not recommend at all

We ordered a asiago ranch chicken club combo, a cheese fry, my child a 5 dollar jr cheeseburger with no pickles meal, and my wife got the saucey nuggets just honey bbq.... we recived a ghost pepper chicken sandwich, a jr bacon instead of a jr cheese. He didn't ring us up for a cheese fry and the nuggets were suoer spicy.. I didnt recice the frys for my asiago combo either. So nor did i get the correct sandwich but i never got my fries. Litterly everything with our order was wrong. We ordered at the front counter and gave our order to the man up front very clearly. and when we get on the road we look at the receipt and everything we ordered was incorrect. The manager was high as the clouds and couldn't comprehended that our order was wrong, because "theres no way that everything was wrong" when he didnt listen to a word we said obviously and just clicked the screen not know whats going on. we just left mad. The lady at the fryer was nodding out doped up. Definitely wont be going back. Litterly everthing we ordered was wrong.

Some of the chicken in my Cobb salad was as dry and chewy as jerky. That aside the service was excellent and over all the food was good with the one exception. The burgers were huge and filling at an affordable price especially compared to others having self-proclaimed noble titles and jesters of the burger world. 🤡👑
