I got in the drive through on August 26th,2025 at 5:42pm. I waited in the drive thru for 14 minutes only car at the speaker was me with 3 cars behind me. I asked at the speaker if anyone was there, asking if they could get my order.? No answer by now it's 5:59pm. I drive up to the window letting them know cars already drove off. I waited 14 minutes at the speaker and no one took my order. I proceeded to give my order then was told I have to drive back around to the speaker,that he couldn't take my order at the window. The tall large man proceeded to tell me they only had 2 people working that they were busy. I said your not busy cars already drove off behind me waiting to give their order. There's only 1 car in front of me. I told him I would not be back. I normally went there once to twice weekly. I have never had such bad service and he doesn't need to be in customer service. The location at 2060 Castaic Ln, Knoxville, TN 37932 has the worst customer service. I will proceed my business to other fast food near the location.

This Wendy's is the only location in Knoxville that serves a good quality hamburger. I eat there once a week on Saturday and the hamburger is prepared correctly. They never burn the meat like other locations. Please continue to serve only fresh cooked meat ( not burned ).

Never had any issues, the people has always been nice when I go. Usually stop for breakfast 2x a week. Food is good and hot and as expected for fast food.

BEST WENDY'S EVER. Stopped by for lunch. Dining lobby, condiment station, and drink station were spotless. And our burgers were PRETTY. Definitely assembled with care instead of thrown together with (apparently) spatulas. Service was also prompt and the staff were attentive.

My grandkids are picky eaters and don't usually finish other fast food hamburgers but they will eat all of the Wendy's. My family think the food is much easier than the other fast food nearby.

I have the Wendy's app. I'm really confused about it. I thought you could earn points but wasn't sure how to do it so I asked. I was told that they didn't do the app there and just kept saying it in different ways. I figured since it was only about $5 I wasn't going to worry about it. Unfortunately when I came the next time and made a large order he was there so there was no way I was going to even mention it. He was so adamant the previous time that they didn't do it and that only 'corporate' did it. I know I had used it at another Knoxville Wendy's but didn't remember how I had done.

Several times I have pulled up during business hours and have been told that they are closed through the drive through speaker, and been told they won’t serve me in the lobby while the gate is open. WHEN they ARE open, the food is 3/5 vs. other Wendy’s. On top of which when they are open their useless staff likes throwing half lidded drinks at you, spilling on your clothes and vehicle. I’m sure they will be closing soon though, since there’s a new Chik-fil-a opening.

People have their own opinions but I honeslty love this Wendy’s. I frequently visit pretty late at night, most times 10-20 minutes to closing and it’s hot, fresh food. The employees are never mad at me and it feels like there’s a good bit of mutual respect although i am coming so late in the evening. As someone who’s done night shift especially these late of ones, i really do appreciate having a good meal and good people to talk to

This is 1 of the best wendys I've had in a long time the food is always fresh. The young man at the window with the beard is always very friendly and helps put you in a good mood. A very good experience and customer service. Top notch in my book.

My Dave's Double was on the money. I had gotten off a late flight home, and barely made it here before they closed. The staff were amazing. I was able to get a wonderfully cooked fresh burger and fries. I was even able to get a frosty 10 minutes before closing. Thank you all so much. It was exactly what I needed to carry me home after a tough day of travel.

Staff doesn't care. Manager is... where??? Food was decent but only after reminding them of my order 20 mins later. Forgot bacon I paid an extra dollar for, as well as sauce and frosty.
