Several times I have pulled up during business hours and have been told that they are closed through the drive through speaker, and been told they won’t serve me in the lobby while the gate is open. WHEN they ARE open, the food is 3/5 vs. other Wendy’s. On top of which when they are open their useless staff likes throwing half lidded drinks at you, spilling on your clothes and vehicle. I’m sure they will be closing soon though, since there’s a new Chik-fil-a opening.

People have their own opinions but I honeslty love this Wendy’s. I frequently visit pretty late at night, most times 10-20 minutes to closing and it’s hot, fresh food. The employees are never mad at me and it feels like there’s a good bit of mutual respect although i am coming so late in the evening. As someone who’s done night shift especially these late of ones, i really do appreciate having a good meal and good people to talk to

This is 1 of the best wendys I've had in a long time the food is always fresh. The young man at the window with the beard is always very friendly and helps put you in a good mood. A very good experience and customer service. Top notch in my book.
My Dave's Double was on the money. I had gotten off a late flight home, and barely made it here before they closed. The staff were amazing. I was able to get a wonderfully cooked fresh burger and fries. I was even able to get a frosty 10 minutes before closing. Thank you all so much. It was exactly what I needed to carry me home after a tough day of travel.

Staff doesn't care. Manager is... where??? Food was decent but only after reminding them of my order 20 mins later. Forgot bacon I paid an extra dollar for, as well as sauce and frosty.

I’ve never had a problem here until last night. I got in the drive thru (long line) at around 9:53pm. Made it to the speaker at around 9:58. The guy on the speaker said I needed to come in to get my customers order. That’s fine. I get out of line, go in. Gate was down in the gas station so I went through the side door which was unlocked. It is now 10pm. The guy with long purple hair comes up and tells me I need to go through the drive through where I had just came from following HIS instructions.
I tell him I was told to come in here from the drive thru to get the order. He says the inside is closed now and I’ll need to go through the drive thru. I say but I just lost my spot in that long line because YOU told me to come in. He proceeds to tell me that it was before 10 when that was said (literally TWO minutes ago) and now that it’s past 10 I need to get out of their store or they will have me trespassed for being inside. What. The. Hell. This guy does not need to be working in customer service at all. I am very kind and considerate of others including my customer that was waiting for their order which I ended up cancelling due to the line in the drive thru getting even longer after they kicked me out of the store. Is this how you treat another human being? Let alone the customer that was waiting for the order they paid for already.
I have 5 kids to support and I lost my spot in line due to this boys incompetence. But to proceed to kick me out the store you told me to walk into two minutes before closing the lobby is just straight up crazy and seemed very passive aggressive. No, I’m not getting back in line waiting 15 minutes to get an order I already had been waiting on long enough. Restaurants get busy, I get it but don’t penalize me for your mistake (if it even was one) then threaten to call the freaking cops on me and have me trespassed literally for just saying I was told to come in here. Order cancelled, got one from Arby’s next door and they treated me very nicely.

Such great service and care taken with my orders at this location. Best experience I've had at Wendy's since the one on Northshore near the pellissippi exit closed. It definitely makes me want to return.

I come here for lunch working 3rd shift and have never had an issue with a special order or any of my food being unsatisfactory. Recommend for a quick lunch

I walked in to pick up carry out mobile order and before I even got to counter the employee YELLS at me “get out we closed” I was confused then tried to talk for first time as he cuts me off “I’m calling the cops you’re trespassing” I was so stunned just tried to say “This really necessary?” But he yells “what you looking at get out you’re trespassing and going to jail” I just left without getting my food or a refund because I never got to talk and felt dramatized. No explanation or anything it was such a horrible experience I get PTSD just thinking about Wendy’s now all because the tall younger guy with dark hair @ 7:50pm Thursday on August 8th would rather spend time harassing customers instead of communicating. Could of said hey we busy be a minute or simply that dining closed even though appears open with both doors unlocked and all. Plus the drive thru was backed up while he harassed me wearing a head set and all.

Had bought a chicken nugget meal and almost swallowed a bone that was in the last nugget. Went back to the cedar bluff location after I got off work and showed them. And manager could barely speak English and didn't even ask for my name or number to give store manger after he told me he let his store manager know and said he could replace the nuggets instead of giving a refund. Personally rather not have more chicken nuggets to end up finding another bone.
