If I could give one star I would - hours posted says they are open until 1am. However, the drive thru lights were off at 1035pm. We sat there and no one came over the intercom. We could see 2 people standing at the second drive thru window with head sets on when we rolled around and still nothing. Pathetic.

Tara was excellent while this location was very busy, she made it a point to greet every customer and help her team get orders out quickly and correctly! She was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond, not just for us but everyone in the restaurant and drive

Never fresh. The food is never ready, you always have to wait for something to cook unless they serve you old food or refried fries. I've been served raw chicken and then argued with by the manager until I showed pictures. Had the district manager then ignore me. So please, even if this is the last resort for food because the neighboring businesses are busy, just wait in someone else's line.

I went there about 3:45 and the Manager and co worker standing at front door smoking pot ,I know what pot smell like and I didn't appreciate that to enter store myself and grandkids had to smell it ,when I got to counter I complained and told cashier must be nice to be working g and able to smoke pot at the same time ,they kind of laugh and then Manger came in high firing e eryo e saying she was ready to sick ,the smell of pot on her was gross ,u lost my business 2 t 3 times a week and my Daughter 's business

We my wife and 2 of the grandkids stopped in for lunch, we ordered from the mobile app, had burgers fries and baked potato and drinks. Wr haf to wait for approximately 5-6 minutes for our order to complete. But not a problem. Food was good and the employees were very nice, I had ordered fries at first then decided to go with a baked potato. So the employee let me change the order. With no extra charge. The only thing I didn't like about Wendy's is how you order, it's complicated that's why we ordered from the mobile app. And then we couldn't find a place to change the order for the bake potato. In my opinion restaurants are losing the customer service contact. They would rather use a different approach. It's not good service, although on this visit the employee let me change mine. But I would rather deal with a person than a computer.Parking: Easy access to the parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for handicap customers.

Computer ordering system, only to have to go to the counter and re-order on the drive-thru register, all because I had cash. They might as well close the lobby (there is more outside seating, than inside seating) and only offer Drive-thru to save the customers hassle and frustration.

The lady that was working I didn't get her name but it was today just a Lil over two hrs ago. She was fast, nice, very polite and didn't care to go that extra mile to help someone out you don't get that or see that now days. She needs a raise I think. Most definitely need more people like her. She was working the window handing the food out. Keep it up you made my nite a better one just for the kindness n ur smile. Thanks
