I spent my entire 30 min lunch break sitting in the drive thru, and I didn't even get to order my food before returning late from lunch. They were taking and finishing 1 order at a time. I guess they are worried about their drive thru time.

The restaurant had the heat blasting so hot we couldn't stay there to eat. Bathrooms were filthy with broken TP dispensers and no paper towels. Food was cold and bacon was left off of burger.

dining room hours state open til 10 pm and they decided to lock up inside at at least 6:20

It took them 45 minutes to give me my order and when they did it was wrong. I watched three other cars leave the drive-thru because it's taking so long and the car in front of me left and came back because their order was wrong too. Hard to imagine being much worse than this.

Never will I go back to this location 3 times in a row forgot to put my home fries with breakfast after waiting 20 minutes in drive thru then I ask for receipt and could not get one wow horrible experience

I placed my order in the drive thru on September 18, 2024 between 8:30pm and 9pm. They messed up the order, but when I called, the manager was very polite, even though I was upset, she remained calm and showed a willingness to fix the problem. I respect her professionalism while dealing with my issue. Even though I did not want to drive back over there after a 10 hour shift at work, I did. The manager fixed the problem and the young cashier working drive thru apologized for the incident too. Both of them were professional and did fix the mistake. Thank you for fixing my problem in a respectful, professional manner.

I have had a less than stellar experience with the Wendy’s location on Millertown pike in Knoxville, first when I was given my bag of food at the drive up window, the extra potatoes I ordered were not in there, easily remedied, was given the potatoes, then when I got home, there was no egg in my breakfast burrito.I tried to call the restaurant and report it and the recoding said the #could not take my call and the voicemail full. The week before last, I pulled up to the speaker to place an order and the voice told me that they could not take my order, only doing online orders

Customer service is horrible! Went there a few minutes ago and orders a sausage croissant with he sausage extra well done and the girl had the nerve to tell me they serve the sausage as is they aren't cooking extra when they have it cooked already. She better thank God I'm trying to be a changed person! I order this all the time and I've never had someone tell me that!
