Merchants Road Wendy's. What can I say. Well to start I stood there while 6 employees walked by me and never offered to help me. I may add there was no one else in line. I had to say something to get help. I ordered 2 large chilis. They gave me small. Got that fixed. They threw the bag on the counter and walked off. Not saying a word. A huge issue with this location is HOMELESS they hang all around the building in groups. It's a scary feeling. Especially being a female alone.

Lady at the window was very impatient yelled at us three times in a row "what else what else what else?." Giving you no time to think about what you want to order and didn't even let us finish ordering just barked at us to pull around to the window. Fries were okay but they weren't salted.

I get that this location is on Merchants Dr. But this is always the rudest people any time I come. They almost act annoyed that you are there forcing them to do what they are paid for. Insane .

So, day shift people rock! Order looks good, it's hot and fresh (fries not recooked, lettuce and tomatoes cold) The staff is friendly and on it. I will say inside could use the tables wiped down a bit more often. (And the handle to the restroom needs repaired!!!) Now... second shift, complete opposite! Food always looks poor, order seldom correct, fries always soggy and reheated, just YUCK! If Matt is still DM he needs to go work some night shifts here and get this straightened out!

A employee was being rude while I went through the drive-thru and denied my order, A large woman was very quick in denying my order which was a 5 dollar biggie bag I proceed to ask why and she throughly ignored me. I personally think she should be terminated quickly and shouldn't work in a establishment like a Wendy's again. On the contrary the McDonald's across the street fulfilled my desire for a lil bite. Go to McDonald's instead it's more worth it.

I just call 1,000 times no answer ..I order a Chilli cheese fries 🍟 and got a cold order of fries with a pound of nothing but sandwich cheese on them ..smh I work for my money not to just get what they got.. sad must been on meth wish I could leave picture..

I called and spoke to a manager tonight and was told they do NOT offer refunds. I am staying at a hotel and did not receive straws, salad dressing, spoons, forks, etc. The hotel only has spoons. I explained to said manager that I will now have to come back and get or have to go to a store to purchase items just to eat my meal. Since they are not offering a refund I informed that I will be disputing with my bank and will be leaving a negative review. The manager told me that, that was fine. I asked for the manager’s name and he hung up the phone on me. I will also be reporting to corporate office.
I love Wendy's, but I have discovered that not all Wendy's are created equal. The one here on Merchants drive is a poor excuse. Food was mediocre. Service was terrible and drink machine was mostly unavailable. Asked for unsweet tea and got a warm glass of tea, no ice. Poor attitude was what I encountered.

Very sketchy location. Drug addicted zombies everywhere in the parking lot, hanging out in the flowerbeds and even saw 2 asleep in the front patio area. In addition to the sketchy location, no one there speaks good English and can not understand anything I say. I ended up just driving off and will not return. It’s really nasty!

Just went in today and manager was in a bad mood, wouldn't give her name and decided not to serve me. Get better staff. I get it you suck at your job but don't take it out on us. Won't get here again or i'm sure they'll spit in your food.
